Pushpa: The Rule's song, Peelings, just got released on December 1, 2024. In just a few hours, the song has received much love and appreciation from the viewers ever since its release. It's a massy number with catchy and quite different dance steps. Now, another section of viewers has started critiquing the dance steps.
Peelings, in just a few hours of its release, caught everyone's eyes. The song's weird and 'messy' dance steps are quite a topic of discussion among netizens. Some liked them, while others hated them. Some said that the dance steps objectified women and were vulgar while, the fans defended that the steps had a mass appeal and appealed to them.
A snippet of the dance video was shared on Reddit, and netizens shared their two cents about it. One user wrote, "How ? Just how did someone okay this?" while another fan penned, "The steps that are indicators of who the target audience is Pushpa is just a high-budget Bhojpuri film." Another viewer commented, "Just want to understand who would like it. It's atrocious in every sense. Cringe max."

Pushpa 2: The Rule , the highly anticipated sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise, is all set to grace the screens worldwide on December 5, 2024. Directed by Sukumar, the film brings back the beloved cast and crew, including Allu Arjun as the enigmatic 'Pushpa', Rashmika Mandanna as 'Srivalli', and Fahadh Fassil as 'SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat'. The original film's memorable dialogues and foot-tapping songs continue to be a source of excitement for fans, even after three years of its release.

Allu Arjun also opened up about a heartfelt moment he shared with his co-star, Rashmika Mandanna, who finished filming a day before him. The actor revealed that she had teared up, and he comforted her by saying:
"I was like, 'Are you joking? Why are you tearing up? She was like, 'In almost seven years of my career, I have shot for this film for five years, it's (set) like a home.' I said, 'We will miss you, and that life goes on.'"
Yet, when Allu Arjun wrapped up filming himself, he couldn't help but get overwhelmed with emotion either. The actor confessed to going 'quiet' because of the thoughts running through his head and said:
"The next day, when I finished my shoot, I went quiet. It got very heavy for me. I saw all the faces and I thought how for the last five years I have been seeing the same people."
