Alix Earle has been in the headlines almost non-stop over the past few months. Right from becoming the first runner-up on Dancing With the Stars to dealing with a very public breakup, and sparking dating rumours, making headlines. Now, she is opening up about how she is dealing with a difficult post-breakup phase. The 25-year-old influencer recently shared a late-night emotional video on TikTok, speaking her heart out to her followers and admitting she is struggling to return to normalcy after her split with NFL wide receiver, Braxton Berrios. Alix Earle recently shared a candid video in which she spoke honestly to her followers, something she called "speaking as if they were her boyfriend." She began by establishing a personal rapport through a close, heart-to-heart conversation. She admitted she has been finding it difficult to sleep and often feels unsettled without a male partner to lean on. Alix also mentioned that the new feeling of being alone feels unfamiliar to her, as she has always moved on from one relationship to the next. In her words."

"I can't sleep right now… I feel like just not having that stability of a male partner, or even just someone to talk to or distract me, is just so weird." 

Alix Earle called herself a serious "boyfriend hopper" and confessed that it is the first time she has been single in years. Subsequently, it has made her feel lonely despite being surrounded by other people. Yet, the Dancing With the Stars runner-up expressed gratitude for family and friends. In the end, she shared a message for all those going through a similar phase, reminding them they were not alone. Sharing how she is feeling, Alix penned: 

"This is like growth or something, but I'm sad. It just makes life feel so lonely."

Why did Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios break up? 

Alix Earle and NFL star, Braxton Berrios officially broke up in December 2025 after nearly two years together. She herself confirmed the news and clarified that the breakup was amicable yet emotional. For those unaware, the couple faced issues in their long-distance relationship in June 2025 when Alix moved to Los Angeles for Dancing With The Stars while Braxton continued his NFL season with the Houston Texans. Later, she admitted that being in LA made her realise she wanted to stay there permanently. At the same time, she felt Braxton's needed someone in his life who could give him the time he needed in his relationship,, as his life remains rooted in Florida and Texas. Consequently, the difference in their paths made her take the decision.

Alix Earle was rumoured to be dating Tom Brady 

A few days after Alix Earle's breakup became public, she sparked massive dating rumours when she was spotted getting close to Tom Brady at a New Year's Eve party in St. Barts. Videos showed the duo dancing, laughing, and whispering together. At one point, Alix even rubbed Tom's back, and the outing gained immediate attention. However, according to the sources, the connection was casual and was "a fling at best." Alix later playfully referenced the night on Instagram, writing, "Rumor has it we're still dancing." Still, neither Alix nor Brady confirmed a relationship. In fact, according to insiders, she is simply enjoying being single again, while Tom Brady is focused on work and his kids.
