Amid the fiasco, the duo and their families have chosen to remain quiet on the matter and have not issued any official statement about the chaos. However, every now and then, interviews of the duo go viral on social media.
In an interview with David Frost, Aishwarya spoke about many aspects of her personality both on and off-screen. In the interview, David asked her about how several tabloids critiqued her immense weight gain. She was locked for the same, and people were forcing her to shed the extra kilos. Aishwarya replied:

“That’s pretty much my response. What’s the fuss about? It’s not something I feel the need to even be discussing or giving so much attention to because as you rightly put it, what’s the fuss about. It’s normal, natural in my case. That was the natural turn my body took in terms of whether I gained weight, or water retention in my body, whatever else goes with the space.”
Aishwarya Rai clarified that she is comfortable in her own skin, and she does not feel any shame in stepping out of her body as she owns it. She doesn't think gaining weight after pregnancy is a big deal. Aishwarya Rai further added:
“I am comfortable and that’s why I have been who I have been. I stepped out in public when I could go out. And if I did think it was a big deal, I would have been in hiding!”
Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's separation rumour and family feud murmurs have been circulating in the media for quite some time. Despite these rumours, the couple has not made any official statements confirming their separation. Abhishek's absence from Aishwarya's 50th birthday to the actress arriving alone with her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, at the Ambani's wedding, has led to speculation that all is not well in the Bachchan family. However, it's important to note that these are just observations and not definitive proof of a rift.
