Sushant Singh Rajput's Manager, Disha Salian Death: Aditya Thackeray Breaks Silence On Allegations

Five years after the death of the late actor, Sushant Singh Rajut's manager, Disha Salian, the mystery surrounding her death has resurfaced. It all started after Disha Salian's father approached the Bombay High Court seeking the registration of an FIR against Shiv Sena MLA Aditya Thackeray and others. Now, after almost a day, Aditya Thackeray broke the silence on the allegations.

Aditya Thackeray finally reacted to the allegations against him filed by Disha Salian's father

A day after, Satish Salian, father of Disha Salian, moved to the Bombay High Court seeking a fresh investigation regarding her death. He claimed that there was no substance in the charges filed against him. He added that they have been attempting to malign his image for the past five years. Thackeray was quoted as saying:

"There is no substance in the charges…the matter is in the court…let them go to court. I am telling them that it would boomerang on them. For the last five years they have been trying to defame me. They stand exposed on all counts…the matter is in the court…I will respond in the court."

Disha Salian's father's new statement on her death being a murder and not a suicide

For the unversed, Disha Salian died in mysterious circumstances five day before Sushant Singh Rajput's body was found at his rented duplex flat in Bandra. When the incident took place, Maharashtra was being ruled by Udhav Thackeray. Mr. Salian claimed that his daughter had been raped and murdered. Not only this, Mr Salian further revealed that it is an attempt to protect a certain influential person. He said:

"Looking at the investigation, I think it was a murder. There were no injuries that should occur when a body falls from such a height. We should notice how there were no injuries on her body after falling from such a height and how it was so clean."

It was on June 8, 2020, when reports claimed that Sushant Singh Rajput's then-recently appointed manager fell from the 14th floor of a residential building in Malad. While initially, the police registered an Accidental Death Report. However, six days later, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment. Reports started doing rounds claiming Sushant committed suicide, but later it was ruled out, and fans linked Disha's mysterious death with SSR's. 

However, Satish Salian, Disha Salian's father, told the police that he did not suspect any foul play in his daughter's death and was satisfied with the investigation. The family even went on to urge the media not to link their dead daughter's demise with Sushant Singh Rajput's mysterious death.
