Aditi Rao Hydari has been grabbing the headlines with her stellar performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Baazar. The actress did proper justice to her role as 'Bibbojaan' and left everyone in awe with her acting talents. Talking about her personal life, the actress got engaged to the love of her life, Siddharth, last month. While the actress 'Swan Walk' in Heeramandi has been receiving a lot of love, she opened up about her fiance's reaction to her role.
In a recent interview with Puja Talwar, Aditi Rao Hydari shared that Siddharth was speechless after watching the former's acting skills in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi. Talking more about her fiance's reaction, Aditi mentioned that Siddharth was overwhelmed and was unable to speak. Aditi added that Siddharth teared up after he watched her on Heeramandi and wanted to meet SLB as soon as possible. Aditi can be quoted as saying:
“He loved Heeramandi. He was so overwhelmed that he couldn’t speak. He was crying and his eyes were swollen. He told me he wanted to meet Sanjay Leela Bhansali sir as soon as he could."

Going further in the interview, Aditi Rao Hydari shared that Siddharth ended up comparing his role as a martyr in Rang De Basanti to that of her role as 'Bibbojaan' in Heeramandi. The actress shared that Siddharth had told her that from now on, there would be two freedom fighters in their household, one is him and the other is Aditi.
Going further in the interview, Aditi Rao Hydari mentioned that she and Siddharth share a similar kind of love for their professions, but there are also two 5-year-old kids within themselves, and they are always full of excitement. Talking about her equation with Siddharth, Aditi added that she and Siddharth never weigh heavily on one another, and they try to keep light. The actress added that she and her fiance do not always discuss work, and they talk about those things that make them feel moved. Sharing more about themselves, Aditi added:
"We enjoy what we do, love what we do. It is our fuel. But there is a 5-year-old in both of us so there is always excitement. We don’t weigh heavily on each other and ourselves. We try to keep it light. He sometimes gets into the method and I live to surrender but it’s two sides of the same coin. We don’t always discuss work, but we do talk about things that made us move or feel. I am quite instinctive, so he can verbalise what I feel.”
Currently, a short video of Aditi Rao Hydari from Heeramandi has been going viral all over the internet. In the video, Aditi's way of nailing each step won a zillion hearts instantly. The actress could be seen in a black choli and a zardozi lehenga. The addition of a sheer dupatta added stars to her look. However, as the same video was shared on Reddit, netizens have been reacting to the same.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali, in one of his interviews, mentioned that Heeramandi is the biggest project of her life. The royal set and glamourised customers carved a space in the hearts of the cine junkies. As per several reports, the series is made on a budget of Rs. 200 crore. However, as per some other reports, Aditi Rao Hydari was paid a whopping amount of Rs 1 to 1.5 crore for her role in Heeramandi.
