Abhishek Bachchan is one of the most handsome and talented actors in the Hindi film industry. He has proven his mettle in acting by working in blockbuster films like Dhoom, Dasvi, Dhoom 2, Guru, Bunty Aur Babli, Raavan, Refugee and many more. Currently, he is bagging immense success for his recently released film, Ghoomer. Talking about his personal life, Abhishek was born to legendary actor, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan on February 5, 1976. He is married to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and the lovebirds are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.
In the latest interview with Mid Day, Abhishek Bachchan opened up about his mother, Jaya Bachchan. Talking about the same, the actor revealed that he has never been able to view his mother as an actor. Elaborating more about it, the handsome hunk stated that he is quite emotional about his mother, Jaya, hence, he is not able to react to her movies and give any suggestions. Mentioning how Jaya doesn't like this behaviour of the actor, Abhishek said:

"She is the only member of my family whom I don’t react to as an actor because it’s maa! I am emotional about her. I am sure she doesn’t like too much because she is an actor at heart. But to me, she is maa."

Further, in the same conversation, Abhishek mentioned that with his wife, Aishwarya, he had an actor-to-actor relationship first, therefore, he can easily react to her films. The actor also stated that over the years, he has managed to view his father as an actor. Elaborating more about it, Abhishek said:
"With my wife, we were co-stars first. So, we have that (actor-to-actor) relationship. With dad too, I manage to (view him) as an actor. But with mom, I am unable to do that."
The next generation of the Bachchan clan is all set to enter the film Industry. Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda is ready to make his acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's film, The Archies. And now, in his latest interview, the doting mamu, Abhishek expressed his excitement for the same. The actor also mentioned that he is really proud of Agastya and has learned so much about work ethic from the latter. Abhishek concluded by mentioning that he always tried to give honest feedback to Agastya about his work because that is what he has learnt from his father.

In an earlier interview with the Humans of Bombay, Abhishek had opened up about the screening night of his debut film, Refugee. Talking about the same, the actor revealed how his parents reacted after watching the film. Abhishek shared that his father, Amitabh was quiet, in comparison to his mother, Jaya, who got emotional after watching the film.
