Abhishek Bachchan Shared Daughter, Aaradhya Treating Him Like 'Just A Parent' Keeps Him 'Sane'

Abhishek Bachchan has made his big comeback after covid 19 with spectacular performances like Dasvi, Ghoomer, and I Want To Talk. The actor is once again receiving the well-deserved love, and fans are elated for him. However, in his upcoming film, the actor will be showing the audience a different side.

Abhishek Bachchan reveals how his daughter, Aaradhya, keeps him sane

Abhishek Bachchan welcomed his little angel, Aaradhya, with his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, on November 16, 2011. The actor, on numerous occasions, has shared how his daughter, Aardhya, has helped him evolve as a person. The actor is once again set to bring his dad persona on screen with his next film, Be Happy. Abhishek, along with Inaayat Verma, who will essay the role of his dance-crazed daughter, sat down for a conversation with the Hindustan Times.

During the conversation, Abhishek shared the parallels between the film and real life. He also shared about the stardom outside and how he lives at home. The trailer of the film shows a banter-filled relationship with the father-daughter duo when asked if Abhishek's real-life daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, also thought that he was not anything cool. He quipped back and stated:

"I have a 13-year-old, so you know. What's nice and refreshing is that at home, you're a parent. You're not a professional or a celebrity, just a parent. I don't look upon it as a reality check but something nice because that love is coming from a genuine place and not because of what you do. I have done the same thing with my father. He was always dad at home. He wasn't Mr Amitabh Bachchan. That he was outside the gates. That's very nice, and it keeps you sane."

Abhishek Bachchan reveals if he has done something out of his comfort zone for his daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan will soon be seen in Remo D'Souza's Be Happy. The film follows the story of a father who has to get out of his comfort zone and learn how to dance to help his daughter fulfil her dream. However, when asked if Abhishek had to step out of his comfort zone for his and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's daughter, Aaradhya, he stated that so far, he has never encountered such a situation. He was quoted as saying:

"There has never been a time when I have had to do something out of my comfort zone. There's been nothing where I have felt 'this is something I am not comfortable with, but I have to do it for my kid'. So far, I haven't been put in that situation, thankfully. The emotions are universal, but you have to understand the character's world and psyche. And the wonderfully written script helps there."
