Recently, Udit Narayan was caught in another controversy after a video of him kissing his female fan on the lips went viral, and his reasoning behind the same fueled the fire among netizens calling him 'inappropriate' Amid this, Abhijeet Bhattacharya's reaction to the same has been met with mixed responses by the fans.

Udit Narayan has been receiving criticism end amid his ongoing kiss controversy. Taking this opportunity, his close friend and former collegue, Abhijeet Bhattacharya shared a new video compilation that featured him and Udit Narayan dancing on different stages over the years. At the same time, he attached the audio of their popular song, Main Khiladi Tu Anari to it.

However, Abhijeet's post and particularly his caption caught netizens' attention, where he twisted the song's title and penned "Yeh Khiladi Main Anari" with a laugh and a facepalm emoji. Moreover, he went ahead and took an indirect jibe at Udit Narayan in the comments section and wrote:

"Mere khiladi dost…"

When Abhijeet Bhattacharya shared the video featuring him and Udit Narayan, netizens quickly noticed it. Some netizens didn't like him poking fun at the serious issue, and the singer had to limit his comments to keep away the criticism under his post. On the other hand, some fans highlighted how he was using the opportunity to his benefit and wrote, 'Time pe gana lagaye bade chalak ho aap.' Another user penned, "Dada kya dost ho aap sahi timing dhundhi hain post ke liye."

All about Udit Narayan's 'kiss controversy' 

The whole controversy stemmed from a viral video of Udit Narayan performing somewhere a few months ago. In the video, some female fans came to click a photo with him, and one of them kissed him on his cheek. In return the singer immediately kissed back on her lips. When asked about the same in an interview, Udit mentioned that he is a 'decent man,' and the whole issue was unnecessarily heightened. Udit Narayan mentioned that it was just a fan craze, and he wanted to make them happy. So, one should not pay attention to it. But, the video and his comments soon went viral, receiving flak from netizens. Later, the singer even addressed the criticism and clarified he has no regrets about his action and was rather laughing at the whole issue created over internet
