Abdu Rozik, a famous Tajikistani musician, gathered success with his well-known songs, such as Ohi Dili Zor, Chaki Chaki Boron, and Modar, and many more. Meanwhile, he is also known for his stint in Salman Khan's show, Bigg Boss 16. Earlier this year, Abdu Rozik made it to the headlines for his love life. For the uninitiated, Abdu found the love of his life, Amira, and the couple soon got engaged, leaving everyone surprised. Some time back, Abdu also announced that he would tie the knot with Amira soon. However, it seems like destiny had some other plans, as Abdu called off his wedding.
Since the musician has called off his wedding, people are questioning whether the engagement was real or fake. Some of them are even calling the wedding news a tool for a publicity stunt. However, in an interview with Bombay Times, Abdu Rozik clarified and said that the engagement was real and that he didn’t need this kind of publicity. In his words:

“The engagement wasn’t fake. I don’t need this kind of publicity. It is sad that people think this way, but the engagement was genuine.”
While some were speculating the height difference between the couple was the reason behind calling the wedding off, Abdu clarified and said that was not the case. Speaking on the same lines, the singer revealed that there were many cultural differences between the couple. He further said that some things don’t go as planned. He also mentioned that he and Amira have learnt from their mistakes and experiences and are now moving forward with their lives separately.
In an earlier interview with the Hindustan Times, Abdu shared that he and Amira instantly hit it off after meeting each other. And that’s how their love story started. During the conversation, he also mentioned that his soon-to-be fiancée had all the qualities he wanted in a wife, which further strengthened their bond with each passing day. After dating for a few months, both of them decided to tie the marital knot, and announced the same officially. Abdu also expressed his wish to be the best husband.
In another interview, Abdu was questioned whether his short height caused troubles at any point during his dating phase with Amira. In a reply to the same, the Big Boss fame said that his height is 115 cm, whereas Amira is 155 cm. Although Abdu feared since childhood that his height would come in the way of finding true love, he became more confident when he met Amira. Abdu is one of those specially-abled people in the world, who is full of love and compassion. Further clarifying, he said that their height difference never once created any problem in their relationship.
