'Aamir Khan Was Unhappy With Sharman Joshi: An Actor Of '3 Idiots' Once Spoke On Their Behaviours

Aamir Khan, R Madhavan and Sharman Joshi’s movie, 3 Idiots, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, is evergreen. To date, 'Rancho', 'Raju' and 'Farhan's' characters have been loved by cine lovers. In an old interview, an unknown person who claimed to have worked in the movie revealed explosive details. He claimed that Aamir was unhappy with Sharman and also spoke about everyone's personality.

A cameo actor claimed Aamir Khan was not interested in working with Sharman Joshi

An old interview post on Reddit had gone viral where the person claimed of doing a small part in 3 Idiots. It was shot in IIM Bangalore Campus, and he happened to be there. So the casting director picked the man up for some filler parts. He was on the sets with all the leads for a couple of days. Out of all three, Madhavan was most chilled out. The unknown actor noted Madhavan had a sprained leg or something, so he would just sit between the shots and play random games with him and others. Going ahead he shared how Aamir was upset with Sharman's unprofessional behaviour. In his words:

"But this guy Sharman was a prude. He would look down on everyone else. Was late to shoot. Aamir was unhappy with him. He even turned down giving autographs (pre phone cam era) while everyone else including Aamir were more than happy. Other people on sets like AD's and other assistants didn't have nice things to say about him. The AD mentioned that Aamir had mentioned that he would not be keen on working with Sharman in the future."

The actor from IIM Bangalore also noted that Aamir was pretty focused. He used to go back to his section of the campus after each shot and used to munch on fruits and have drinks. But he was courteous. He kept pulling pranks on Raj Kumar Hirani.

When Sharman Joshi shared the thing he hated about Aamir Khan

Raj Kumar Hirani's 3 Idiots was a film that moved and inspired everyone. Now in an old interview, the actor got nostalgic and shared that there was one thing that Madhavan and he hated about Aamir Khan. During an earlier interview with Instant Bollywood, Sharman shared that when they were shooting for 3 Idiots, they were told to stay at IIM by Aamir. In Sharman's words:

"Maddy and Me hated the fact that he made us stay in IIM Bangalore and deprived us of the luxury of a 5-star hotel but we later appreciated the fact that we stayed at the campus. We had so much fun. We had exceptional fun."

Sharman, going further, talked about 3 Idiots and noted that every random stranger he came across mentioned the movie. The love never stopped, and 3 Idiots became his first identity, and thereafter, everything else followed.

When Sharman Joshi spoke on 3 Idiots sequel

Going ahead in the interview, Sharman was asked if 3 Idiots sequel was slated to take place? He said that Hirani had discussed the idea surrounding the movie but also revealed that he would not like to compromise on the plot as the original film became a blockbuster hit.
