'60 Ki Umar Mein Shaadi...' Aamir Khan Breaks Silence On His Marriage With Gauri Spratt

Aamir Khan introduced his new love, Gauri Spratt, at the pre-birthday bash of his 60th. The entire nation was left surprised when he officially revealed details about his love story. Aamir also flexed his love for Gauri as he shared the exact timeline of their dating period. He revealed that he had been dating her for the past 18 months.

Aamir Khan talked about his marriage plans 

Aamir Khan has been married twice, and he is still cordial with his ex-wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao. During the interaction, Aamir addressed the burning question about his marriage plans with Gauri. He laughed and stated that he is completely committed, but he has been married twice, and getting a third time at 60 won't look nice. He said:

"See, we are fully committed. And I have been married twice. Par ab 60 saal ki umar mein shaadi shayad mujhe shobha nahi degi. But let's see."

Aamir Khan is relaxed as he won't have to hide his relationship

Aamir, in an informal meeting, introduced his partner, Gauri, to the media. When he was asked what made him go public with his relationship, he shared that he wouldn't have to hide if he was going for a coffee date. Aamir was quoted as saying:

"We are committed now, and we felt we were secure enough in each other to tell you guys. And this is better, I won't have to hide things now. Tomorrow, if I go for a coffee with her, you guys can join us, too."

Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt's love story

Aamir and Gauri met 25 years ago but lost touch over the years due to personal and professional lives. However, two years ago, they reconnected, and love blossomed between them. Talking about it, Aamir said:

"I was looking for someone who I can be calm with, who gives me peace. And there she was."

Further, in his interaction, Aamir revealed that he has been preparing Gauri for the 'mad world' of entertainment, and he has even hired a private security for her. He stated that it would give him a 'personal peace of mind'. 

Who is Gauri Spratt?

Aamir's girlfriend, Gauri Spratt, is the mother of a six-year-old. She lives in Bengaluru and prefers to keep her personal life private. It is the reason Aamir requested the photographers present at his celebration not to post his girlfriend's photo on his social media handle.

According to Gauri's LinkedIn profile, she has been a partner and director with B Blunt since 2007. She had completed her schooling at Blue Mountain School. She graduated with a degree in FDA Styling and Photography from the University Of Arts London.
