49-year-old, Nikki Exotica faced health complications during her breast capsulectomy surgery. Her friend Mike shared her concerningly low blood pressure, which made her fans extremely worried. Nikki's plastic surgery procedure was intended to be outpatient, but she was being monitored overnight in the hospital. According to Mike, Nikki Exotika refused a blood transfusion prior to the surgery, which compounded her health concerns. He assured Nikki's fans that he would be taking care of her and promised to provide further updates on her progress. His post read:

"Nicole had a very complicated surgery today and had excessive bleeding. She's in recovery now but very weak, she refused a blood transfusion prior to surgery. They are monitoring her overnight at the hospital. I will be taking care of her, I'll be giving more updates on her progress as time passes."

Nikki Exotica's friend, Mike, did as he promised. He returned to Nikki's Instagram Stories with updates regarding her health. He shared that her vitals got stable after she took the prescribed blood pressure medicines. She gained consciousness, and the doctor allowed her to be discharged. However, she 'needs a lot of rest' as she wasn't very fit yet. She was still weak from the excessive blood loss that occurred during her surgery. Although Nikki was awake for some time, she passed out again after eating a little. She was still in 'a lot of pain' and was "draining a lot of blood from her drains." Mike's exact words were:

"Her [Nikki's] vitals stayed stable since they gave her the blood pressure meds earlier. Then we should be back to her place. She needs lots of rest. She woke up to eat a little but passed out. She still very weak and in lots of pain. She is VD draining a lot of blood from her drains. Just wanted to keep you all updated after I had received confirmation of her release."

Nikki Exotica is currently discharged and has arrived safely at home. She is 'very tired' and is on bed rest. She is still experiencing pain from blood draining. Mike took a video of her lying in her room and shared it on her Instagram page, which made fans sigh with relief knowing she was getting better. Nikki struggled to talk in the video; however, she expressed her gratitude for receiving many DMs from friends and fans checking up on her.

The caption included, "Thank you for all your well wishes and prayers." It further stated that she needed a couple of days' rest to recover. Besides her fans, she also credited Mike for being there for her during her health scare. She wrote, "A big thank you to my boy Mike, for taking care of me!" Nikki is not receiving any visitors, and her family has requested privacy, according to Mike's last update. Nikki's breast reconstruction surgery was not her first complex surgery. She had a history of complications with her breast implants, including a severe infection in 2019.
