Offset was recently involved in a shocking incident when he was shot near a hospital, leaving fans worried. Although the rapper is stable and recovering, other headlines related to him have grabbed the spotlight. 6ix9ine, who famously shares a hostile bond with Offset, gained spotlight after he went to the crime scene when the latter was shot. A shooting attempt at Offset near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida left the internet shot. But soon, another rapper, 6ix9ine, took to his social media account and revealed that he was driving towards the location where the incident reportedly occurred. Given the history of their bitter bond, netizens were quick to see his post, which showed the place as he gradually approached it, with music in the background. However, the main highlight of the post was a caption, which read:

"Lol, I'm clout chasing right now?"

6ix9ine himself seemingly acknowledged his controversial actions. As expected, his statement quickly drew the fury of netizens who criticised him for making fun of a serious and dangerous situation. For those unaware, the incident occurred in the casino's valet area, where a conflict escalated to the point that the rapper was fired. According to initial reports, Offset was injured and was quickly rushed to the hospital for medical attention. Subsequently, authorities took quick action by arresting two individuals responsible for the gunfire.

Although some initial speculation suggested that rapper Lil Tjay was involved in or injured in the incident, his legal representatives clarified that he has no connection to it. Meanwhile, authorities confirmed that the situation was under control and there has been no ongoing safety threat to public safety.
