Now, stand in front of the mirror and check the shape of your torso, waist, rib cage, and hip line and check which part is the narrowest and which one is the largest. You can also measure these parts with a measuring tape. While checking your body parts, you also need to examine the parts that are straight and the ones which have a curved shape. Take a measuring tape and wrap it around the fullest part of your chest. Don't pull it tight and match the ends of the tape in the centre front of your body. Keep your stomach and back relaxed while doing so. Measure your waist by matching the ends of the tape in the centre front of the waist and note it down. Take the measuring tape around the widest part of your hip; do not keep distance between your legs and stand in front of a mirror.
