It is celebration time for Bollywood actress, Yami Gautam as she finally got married to the man of her dreams, Aditya Dhar. A few minutes ago, she shared the first-ever picture as a bride from her wedding ceremony. Her wedding news came as a sweet shock for her fans as no one knew much about her personal life.

For those who don't know, Yami Gautam had worked with Aditya Dhar for his film, Uri. And it looks like love had blossomed between the two during the shoot of the film. We remember how during her media interactions, she would heap praises for her Uri director, Aditya.
On June 4, 2021, Yami took to her Instagram handle and shared the first-ever picture from her wedding day. We can see her donning a deep-red saree with a golden border and a matching dupatta pinned on her head in the picture. A choker neckpiece along with a long neck chain, matching earrings and a maang teeka completed her look. On the other hand, Aditya looked dapper in a cream-coloured sherwani with a matching doshala and a turban. Check it out below:
Alongside the picture, Yami shared a quote on love by Rumi and revealed that she tied the knot in the presence of her close family. Her note can be read as "In your light, I learn to love - Rumi. With the blessings of our family, we have tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony today. Being very private people, we celebrated this joyous occasion with our immediate family. As we embark on the journey of love and friendship, we seek all your blessings and good wishes. Love, Yami and Aditya."

Soon her friends from the industry flooded her comments section with wishes. Actor, Vikrant Massey wrote, "Bahut bahut bahut badhaaiyaan Yami ji and Bhai sahab. Incredible. God bless you both!!!! Dher saara pyaar!". Dia Mirza also shared her wishes and commented, "Congratulations, Yami and Aditya. Lots of love and best wishes to a wonderful journey ahead!"
