Among those who benefited from it are Lenskart's co-founder and CEO, Peyush Bansal, and his wife, Nidhi Mittal, who is set to earn around INR 39.8 crore from selling part of her stake.

Additionally, he plans to earn approximately INR 785.54 crore. In comparison, Nidhi Mittal (also referred to as Neha Bansal in some filings) is estimated to gain around INR 39.85 crore from the sale of her stake. The IPO, which took place from October 31, 2025, to November 4, 2025, received a great response.

Yet, the excitement has now cooled down. The GMP, which reflects how much investors are willing to pay once shares are officially listed, was initially INR 95 as of October 31, 2025. However, with the official debut on November 10, 2025, at 07:02 AM the it dropped to INR 10, showing that initial excitement has cooled with the debut. Currently, Peyush holds a 10.3% stake in Lenskart, making him the largest shareholder in the promoter group, while Nidhi holds a 7.61% stake, as per the official court filings. It will be important to see how the debut goes as the day continues.
