"It's a sick society, isn't it? I lived in the public eye for 20 years. I had a public relationship. How did that work out? Now I'm with somebody who’s private, who doesn't want to be in the public eye, didn't sign up to be a celebrity. And because I do things in private, because I want my personal life to be private, now I'm weird.”

Aaron admitted that he is protective of her personal life. He mentioned that his past failed relationships taught him the challenges that come with the media spotlight on relationships. He noted incidents like paparazzi following him during offseason breaks and personal details being leaked, which contributed to his decision to keep his marriage away from attention. Meanwhile, his estranged brother, Jordan, claimed he and his wife, Jojo, did not attend his wedding and didn't know about Brittani, according to the Daily Mail. In another interview at the Steelers' training camp, talking about her, the NFL quarterback said: 

"When you meet the right one, and you're with the right one, your whole world changes in a second. To have that person who unconditionally loves you behind the scenes, there's no better feeling in the world. When you have that rock behind you at the house, you feel like you can do anything."

Interestingly, Brittani's influence goes beyond providing emotional support. Aaron Rodgers revealed that her sister, Mia, played a part in his decision to join the Pittsburgh Steelers. Although he was only partially serious about her opinion, he admitted he agreed to sign a contract for a much lower amount than his earlier ones. While jokingly crediting his sister-in-law for guiding him, the NFL star said:

"I was taking orders from my new sister-in-law, Mia. She's 20 and she's the brains of the family; you just have to ask her." 

Aaron Rodgers's public love life 

Aaron Rodgers' love life has always been under public scrutiny. Before Brittani, he was linked to several high-profile celebrities, including actress, Olivia Munn, professional race car driver, Danica Patrick, and Shailene Woodley. Later, his engagement with Shailene ended in 2022, reportedly due to their busy careers and differing life priorities. However, since meeting Brittani in December 2024, Aaron found stability, and they married quietly, months before he publicly confirmed it.

Meanwhile, Aaron Rodgers confirmed that 2025 will be his last season with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the NFL as a whole. He intends to retreat from public after that.
