South Indian actor, Abhinay Kinger was once a handsome hunk of Tollywood. Hailed for his acting chops and dashing personality, Abhinay made his acting debut in the 2002 film Thulluvadho Ilamai, directed by Kasthuri Raj, starring Dhanush. The actor is in the headlines after the news of his death surfaced in the media. Abhinay was 44 and was battling liver issues.

Abhinay Kinger’s debut was in 2002, and since then, he has appeared in some of the most acclaimed films. The success of Thulluvadho Ilamai paved the way for films like Jjunction, Singara Chennai, and Pon Megalai. He also played a few supporting roles in films such as Solla Solla Inikkum and Palaivana Solai. Abhinay also made his Malayalam film debut in Kaiyethum Doorath, alongside Fahadh Faasil.
He starred in more than 15 films across Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, including Success, Thodakkam, Kathai, Aarohanam, and others. He dubbed for Bollywood actor, Vidyut Jamwal in director, AR Murugadoss' Thuppakki, starring Vijay in the lead. He has also dubbed for Milind Soman in Paiyaa and Babu Antony in Kaaka Muttai.

Abhinay Kinger’s mother, T.P. Radhamani, was a well-known actress who worked in Malayalam and Tamil films. She began her acting career at the age of 14 and appeared in more than 100 films. Radhamani is known for her work in the National award-winning film, Utharayanam.

Recipient of the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi Award, Radhamani has worked with veteran actors such as Prem Nazir, Jayan, Mammootty, Kamal Haasan, Prabhu, Vijay, and Mohanlal. She also acted alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the 2013 film, Chennai Express, which was her last film appearance.
Abhinay Kinger’s mother, T.P. Radhamani, passed away in 2019 after a tough fight with cancer. After her death, Abhinay was left alone as he had no one else. Details about his marriage are unavailable, and it is reported that Abhinay didn’t marry. Following his mother’s death, Abhinay voiced his financial struggles to run his daily life and said he relied on eating at a Government-run mess in the city.
In August 2025, KPY Bala visited Abhinay and helped him with Rs. 1 lakh for treatment. The video of Abhinay’s video went viral and made his fans emotional. In the video, Abhinay revealed that his health had been deteriorating rapidly and he won’t be able to make it. Revealing what the doctors told him, Abhinay said:
“I don’t know if I’ll be around for longer. Doctors have told me I might have only a year and a half left.”

After Abhinay’s video went viral, many celebs from the Tamil film industry stepped in to support him financially. Reportedly, Abhinay's Thulluvadho Ilamai co-star Dhanush contributed Rs 5 lakh toward his medical treatment.
Abhinay was battling with liver-related issues for a long time. On November 10, 2025, the actor died at the age of 44 after battling the disease. According to reports, the actor was 44 years old at the time of his demise. As per a report by Mathrubhumi, Abhinay has been suffering from a severe liver condition for several years. However, recently his health deteriorated, and despite the best medical treatment possible, he passed away.
