Anant Ambani, the youngest son of business tycoon, Mukesh Ambani, hogged the limelight in 2016 with his epic weight loss transformation. The guru behind Anant losing 108 kg in 18 months was none other than his former fitness trainer, Vinod Channa. The ace celebrity trainer exclusively revealed to us whether he would once again train Anant. He believes that genetics highly defines the body type of an individual. Anant's former trainer, Vinod, revealed that some people put on very fast; some have genetic disorders and have to work harder compared to other people for faster results. They do have a lot of fat, so they need to work harder, do cardio, and incorporate 4-5 days of weight training.

Anant, who has battled obesity and asthma, has always been vocal about his health. When Vinod entered his life, he experienced a drastic transformation from 208 to 108 kg, which was phenomenal. Vinod, who is currently training Anant's mom, Nita, during an exclusive interview with BollywoodShaadis, was asked if he would again help Anant with his weight loss goals. Vinod shared:

"Ya 100%. I can do it anytime. I am there all the time. Whenever he starts can reach the target. Compared to other people, there are people who have medical issues. They put on more fat than other people. Har bhar aise body sambhalna mushkil hota hai. You will be tired and want to take some gap."

Losing weight is not just about having a lifestyle modification, but has a lot to do with discipline, consistency and the motivation to reach the target. Vinod, going ahead in the interview, revealed that if one wants to have weight loss like Anant did in less time, one has to follow a very strict diet with less carbohydrates. He shared:

"First is breathing, water, weight training, cardio, protein and carbs. Weight zyada hone se there is injury, muscle wear and tear chances honge. Good breathing makes energy higher. Agar haaf rahe hoh toh oxygen level weak hai. Fiber nai hoga toh digest nai kar paoge. Now we drink RO water, but do not get nutrition from the water. Do not compare with celebs as everyone has different genetics and lifestyle."

Vinod Channa shares the best sources of protein for vegetarians

It is a known fact that Anant is a strict vegetarian. When his former coach, Vinod, was asked whether a non-vegetarian would get better protein content than a vegetarian, he shared that for non vegetarians, protein content is easily fulfilled. Well, it is no longer a myth that non-vegetarians can fulfil their protein requirements way faster than vegetarians. Anant's former coach shared that for vegetarians, when it came to protein requirements, a lot of mixing and matching of food items had to be done. In his words:

"Veg mei, you have to mix and match the things. When making roti, add satu, makhana, and paneer to create a mix and match of protein. Sprouts, pulses, legumes, flaxseed, sattu, mix and match karke, you can create your protein. Curd ke pani ke whey protein.. take from outside... if not in food.. for non-veg, they can eat anything."
