Virat Kohli's Brother, Vikas Kohli Slams Rahul Vaidya And Calls Him A 'Loser', 'This Idiot Is On..'

Virat is once again in the news after he liked a post shared by TV actress, Avneet Kaur and later issued a clarification on the same. However, instead of ending, the matter escalated after singer, Rahul Vaidya took a dig at the cricketer and called Virat's fans' jokers' for trolling him. Amid all this, Virat Kohli's brother, Vikas Kohli has stepped up and reacted to Rahul Vaidya's antics.

Vikas Kohli slams Rahul Vaidya for trolling Virat amid tense situation at the border 

Rahul Vaidya initially took a dig at Virat for blocking him and liking Avneet Kaur's post on Instagram. It was followed by immense trolling by the cricketer's fans who called Rahul out for seeking attention and issued threats to him and his family. Amid all this, Virat has been silent on the issue, but his brother, Vikas Kohli, stepped up and shared his views on the singer. Taking to his X angle, Vikas penned:

"Bache itni mehnat agar aapni singing pe karle toh shayad apni mehnat se famous ho jaye."

Apart from slamming Rahul for trying to gain attention from Virat's name, Vikas also called him out for creating a controversy during this sensitive time. He indicated towards the tense situation at Indo-pak border after Pahalgam attack and the following Operation Sindoor, which has become the center of attention in India. Calling Rahul a 'loser,' Vikas wrote:

"While the whole nation is focused on the current situation, this idiot is on a mission to gain followers and become famous by using Virat's name... WHAT A LOSER."

Rahul Vaidya took a dig at Virat Kohli's clarification on liking Avneet Kaur's IG pictures

After Virat Kohli issued a clarification for liking Avneet Kaur's picture on Instagram, Rahul took to his social media and shared a video wherein he took a dig at Virat. He mentioned that the algorithm would have liked multiple photos of Avneet Kaur from Virat's profile just like it blocked him from the cricketer's Instagram handle. For those unaware, the singer has often mentioned that he is somehow blocked from Virat Kohli's Instagram. In Rahul's words:

"Guys, Virat Kohli has blocked me, you all know. So I think voh bhi Instagram ki glitch hogi, voh Virat Kohli ne block nahi kiya hoga. Instagram ke algorithm ne bola hoga Virat Kohli ko, ‘Ek kaam kar, main tere behalf pe Rahul Vaidya ko block kar deti hoon.’ Haina?"

What happened when Virat Kohli liked Avneet Kaur's pictures?

It all started when, on May 2, 2025, some fans noticed that Virat Kohli had left a 'like' on a bold picture of TV actress. Avnest Kaur, where she wore a chic green top and short skirt. Some fans noticed it, and despite the like being removed, netizens began to criticize Virat Kohli for it. Consequently, Virat took to his Instagram handle and shared a long note to explain the incident and penned:

"I'd like to clarify that while clearing my feed, it appears the algorithm may have mistakenly registered an interaction. There was absolutely no intent behind it. I request that no unnecessary assumptions be made. Thank you for your understanding."
