'Jassi Weds Jassi' Trailer Out, Ranvir Shorey And Sikandar Kher Bring Back '90s Romance With Comedy

Bollywood's love for nostalgia never fades and it seems like the upcoming film, Jassi Weds Jassi, is all set to bring back the carefree era of the late 1990s. On October 25, 2025, the makers of the film dropped the trailer of Jassi Weds Jassi, starring Ranvir Shorey and Sikandar Kher, which is already generating a lot of buzz online. The trailer of Jassi Weds Jassi is out

On October 24, 2025, Zee Music Company took to their official YouTube channel to drop the trailer of their upcoming film, Jassi Weds Jassi, starring Ranvir Shorey, Harshh Vardhan Singh Deo, Rehmat Rattan and more. The trailer shows a hopeless romantic named 'Jassi', who believes he has found the perfect woman, 'Jassi', but another woman with the same name also enters the picture. 

The 2-minute and 13-second trailer is set to explore mix-ups of people. The trailer of Jassi Weds Jassi gives a nostalgic vibe to viewers with the use of landline, cassette tapes, fashion and small-town streets. The film, which will release in theatres on November 7, 2025, is expected to explore chaos, confusion and laughter.

Ranvir Shorey opens up about the film

In an interview with IANS, the actor of the film, Jassi Weds Jassi, Ranvir Shorey, who portrays the role of a frustrated married man, opened up about the film. As quoted by the IANS, he shared that in this film, a small mix-up is expected to turn into a complete madness. He also mentioned that viewers can watch this film multiple times. He was quoted as saying:

"It is that kind of story where a small mix-up snowballs into complete madness. Truly, one name can turn a blooming love story into a comedy of errors and that is the beauty of it. I have always enjoyed working on such films where one can rewatch and relaugh again and again."

As soon as the makers released the trailer of the film, Jassi Weds Jassi, a lot of users shared their thoughts on the same. While some expressed their excitement towards the plot, others were happy seeing Ranvir back on screen. One user commented, "High expectations from this movie! Looks unique..." Ranvir Shorey is a popular actor, who is known for his comic-timing. He began his career as a TV host and VJ before moving into films. He appeared in films like Khosla Ka Ghosla, Bheja Fry, Ek Tha Tiger, Singh Is Kinng, Mithya, Titli and more. Apart from films, he has also appeared as a contestant in Bigg Boss OTT and has hosted the dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa.
