'Sitaare Zameen Par': SRK Gives Kiss, Poses With The Specially Abled Stars Of Movie In Screening

Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh's movie, Sitaare Zameen Par, is all set to release theatrically on June 20, 2025. The 'Mr Perfectionist' held a special screening of the movie for his friends from the Bollywood industry. There were stars like Rekha, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Vicky Kaushal and Jeetendra who came for the screening. However, it was Shah Rukh Khan's presence that lit up the event of Sitaare Zameen Par. There have been many videos doing the rounds where the actor was seen walking up the stage, greeting the specially abled star cast and also giving a kiss to one of them.

Shah Rukh Khan had earlier met the cast of Sitaare Zameen Par, and now clips are doing rounds where he was seen meeting stars, Vedant Sharma, Naman Misra, Aayush Bhansali and Aroush Datta, to name a few. He was also seen talking to the specially abled cast and went to one of the differently abled girls, shook hands with her and gave her a sweet kiss on the forehead. Aamir was also seen at the background as the cast of the movie was seen posing the victory sign with King Khan and hugging him.

Shah Rukh was in his casual best as he wore track pants, a beanie and a jacket. He had worn a black beanie, blue jacket and a cool pair of sunglasses. King Khan surely was the real sitaara of the night as Badshah knew how to take the spotlight on himself. He had come to show love and support to his friend, Aamir. The best part was that King Khan was patiently listening to what the stars of the movie had to tell him. Fans also went berserk seeing the videos and shared that King Khan was here and sent lots of love to the videos.

When Shah Rukh Khan met the cast of Sitaare Zameen Par on the sets

It was on June 19, 2025, when the makers of Sitaare Zameen Par shared a special video where Shah Rukh Khan was seen giving a visit to the sets. He met Aamir and also every cast member of the movie. As seen in the clip, King Khan was seen entering the sets and surprising the cast. The cast members were then seen narrating a few of his dialogues from his famous movies like Baazigar, Chak De! India, to name a few. He also did his signature hug pose and then told the cast members to look at the camera and give the perfect smile. He said:

"Aamir has told me at least 10 times. He said, ‘Come and meet the actors. They are doing so well. I didn’t get time earlier but every day I meet him, whenever I am meeting him, he is calling me also, saying, ‘Please come. Please come.’ Even 3 days ago, he told me, ‘Shah, tu ana yaar (Come no, please)!’”

Aamir Khan does not want to release Sitaare Zameen Par on OTT

During the press conference of the screening, Aamir shared that he wanted to bring back the traditional theatre viewing experience for his audiences with the movie. He also revealed that he had no intention of releasing the movie on any OTT platform. Reportedly he rejected a Rs. 120 crore Amazon Prime Video deal for the movie.
