Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim are one of the much-loved couples in the television world. The couple got married in 2018, and in 2023, they welcomed their baby boy, Ruhaan, into the world. The couple never misses a chance to be with each other and support each other. Well, they have been going through a tough phase in their lives, as Shoaib, a few days ago, shared that his wife has been diagnosed with a liver tumour. Such information has left the couple's fans worried, and amid this, Shoaib was spotted outside the Kokilaben Hospital, where Dipika is reportedly admitted.

On May 20, 2025, Shoaib Ibrahim was spotted outside the Kokilaben Hospital. The actor was seen rushing into his car and moving forward. He didn't stop to pose for the camera or share any information about his wife, Dipika's health update. Well, he also looked tense, which is understandable, given the stressful situation of the present time. For the unversed, Dipika is currently preparing for surgery to remove the tumour from her liver, and she is still admitted to the hospital, as reported.

When Shoaib Ibrahim talked about Dipika Kakar being diagnosed with a tennis-ball-sized liver tumour

It was a few days ago, when, in his YouTube vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim shared the news of Dipika being diagnosed with a liver tumour. The actor said that when he was in Chandigarh, Dipika was experiencing some pain, which they thought was caused by acidity. Shoaib mentioned that Dipika treated it, but when the pain increased, they consulted doctors, who asked them to have some blood tests done.

Dipika was doing fine afterwards, but suddenly, the pain re-ignited, and meanwhile, the reports showcased that the actress had an infection in her body. They consulted with the doctors, and after a CT scan, it was revealed that the actress has a tennis-ball-sized tumour in her liver, which was causing the pain and the current infection. 

Given the situation is concerning, Dipika and Shoaib opted for multiple tests to ensure the nature of the tumour and whether it was cancerous. Shoaib shared that no reports have shown any signs of cancer, but the actress will undergo surgery to remove the tumour from her liver. The actor further asked their fans to pray for his wife's well-being. He said:

"Thankfully, none of the results so far have shown any signs of cancer… But haan, Dipika ke liver mein tumour hai, she will undergo surgery… Please pray for her health, leaving aside all the negativity and hate.”

Dipika, before starting her journey as an actress, was an air hostess, and later she stepped into the glamour world. The gorgeous actress rose to fame with her role in the series, Sasural Simar Ka. She was earlier married to Raunak Samson. Well, their marriage was short-lived. Dipika met Shoaib in 2011 on the set of their show. They began as friends, and later their friendship bloomed into love. The couple tied the knot in 2018, and in 2023, they welcomed their first child.
