Sherrone Moore's Wife, Kelli And His Assault Victim Breaks Silence Amid His Cheating Accusations?

Sherrone Moore is currently facing intense online scrutiny for his "inappropriate relationship" with a University of Michigan staff member, which has led to his termination as the institution's football team head coach. Additionally, he was also arrested, and the charges were speculated to be stalking and assault of a woman in Michigan.

Now, new developments regarding the case have come up with Sherrone's victim allegedly sharing shocking details of what went down during their altercation, and his wife, Kelli Moore, might have also finally broken the silence on the controversies surrounding her husband. The issue has taken an even darker turn with alleged call recordings accounting for his detention surfacing.

Did Sherrone Moore's alleged victim report his stalking and assault to the police?

TMZ claimed to have received the recording of an emergency services call that accounts for the shocking claims from Sherrone Moore's alleged victim. The call was made on December 10, 2025, from an apartment in Pittsfield Township, Michigan, which reportedly belongs to a Michigan football staffer. It occurred just before the University of Michigan publicly announced the firing of Sherrone Moore as its football team's head coach. In the recorded audio, the caller reported that a man was attacking a woman, whom he had been stalking for months.

The dispatcher also claimed that Sherrone Moore was allegedly seen with a knife, which he later discarded before fleeing on foot. Times Now World reported that the staff who made the call to the police might be the victim herself, which would make it her first statement regarding the assault. However, there is a possibility that the call was made by some other staff member who happened to witness the act. Following Sherrone Moore's arrest, a University of Michigan instructor and author named John Bacon said in a local TV interview that the former University of Michigan head coach "broke into an employee's home in Pittsfield Township, grabbed a knife, and threatened to harm her and harm himself."

Sherrone Moore's wife, Kelli's first statement regarding his alleged assault

In the same audio recording of the emergency services call related to Sherrone Moore's arrest, a comment of his wife, Kelli, was allegedly conveyed. According to reports, the latter part of the call included the caller saying that Sherrone Moore's wife said that the 39-year-old appeared "suicidal", which explains the caller's statement regarding Sherrone holding a knife and trying to self-harm as well as attack the victim with it. Kelli's statement might have hinted at her husband's deteriorating mental state since losing his job. The audio recording brought a new dimension to the already complicated case of Sherrone Moore, who was embroiled in an infidelity controversy hours before being arrested.

Cheating accusations against Sherrone Moore led to his firing from the Michigan Wolverines' head coach position

The University of Michigan announced on December 10, 2025, that Sherrone Moore's contract as the Michigan Wolverines head coach was terminated "effective immediately." Following a university investigation, "credible evidence was found that Coach Moore engaged in an "inappropriate relationship with a staff member," which was a violation of university policy. It took place hours before Sherrone was detained by police. Sherrone's termination was for "cause," which means the university is not legally obligated to pay the nearly USD 12.3 million remaining amount of his five-year contract. Although the statement didn't reveal the staffer's identity, rumour has it that she is Paige Shiver, an executive assistant to the former head coach.
