Sheena Bajaj And Rohit Purohit Blessed With A Baby Boy After 6.5 Years Of Marriage, Says, 'Blessed'

Popular TV stars Rohit Purohit and Sheena Bajaj welcomed their first child on September 15, 2025. A while back, the iconic pair took to their social media handle to share a joint post where they spoke about the arrival of their little bundle of joy. Rohit is best known for his work in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, while Sheena is known for her role in Best of Luck Nikki. Rohit is known for playing the role of 'Armaan' in YRKKH, and now he is a proud dad.

Rohit and Sheena, a while back, took to their Instagram handle to announce the arrival of their little munchkin. The pair has been blessed with a boy, and in their joint post, they wrote, "It’s a boy #Blessed.” As seen in the snaps, the first one was of a monochrome shoot of what looked like from their pregnancy and the couple was seen embracing the cute baby bump. The snap had a text written, "It's a boy...15.9.25."

The pair in their post even thanked their fans for the love, blessings and support as they start off a new chapter of their lives. Earlier, in an interview with ETimes, Rohit had shared about how he wanted to start a family and also that his parents had expectations. Rohit shared:

"I won't call it pressure but my parents do have expectations. Once there was a pressure on us but as of now, we are all on the same page. My dad is retired and my mother is a housewife. They live in Jaipur, so they definitely expect me to begin a family life."

Actor, Aniruddh Dave commented on the post, "Congratulations khoob sara pyaar aur chote ko aashirwaad." TV star, Pankhuri Awasthy, who is also a mother to twins, commented, "Waah waah! Congratulations to both of you! And lots of love and blessings to the little one!" Rohit and Sheena's fans congratulated the pair as they became parents and also wished them happy parenting.

Sheena was seen getting ready for a pre-delivery shoot, and her friend said in the video that the actress looked tired as well as a little low. Sheena said in the video that she was very excited to meet the little one and did the pre-delivery shoot for her baby, the memories. She wanted her child to see what the actress looked like before she gave birth. Sheena had lost a bit of taste and said she felt fatigued, nauseated, and felt like vomiting, and reportedly also spoke of enlarged nipples. The actress captioned the behind-the-scenes video by saying:

"Prayers r all we need #last trimesters # new beginnings.”

When Sheena Bajaj did not watch the pregnancy track that had Rohit Purohit in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

It was in April 2025 that Rohit and Sheena announced they were expecting a baby, and they got married on January 22, 2019, in Jaipur. Back in November 2024, Rohit shared that Sheena did not see the pregnancy track that was associated with the star from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. He reportedly shared being affected by the track on a different emotional level. Rohit shared that he always used to discuss new story drafts with Sheena, but about the pregnancy track, she refused to listen.
