Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are one of the cutest couples in Bollywood. They never fail to shell out some major relationship goals. From supporting each other to spending quality time with family, Shahid and Mira never leave a chance to mesmerise everyone with their love. Moreover, being a doting wife, Mira even helps Shahid in his career. Recently, the actor opened up about the same and clarified his earlier remarks that his wife gives an opinion on his script choices.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shahid Kapoor opened up about his previous comment that his wifey, Mira Kapoor helps him choose the scripts. Talking about the same, the Kabir Singh actor said that his wife doesn't sit for script narrations. Shahid even mentioned that people could misconstruct his words. The actor further even revealed that the question was not about whether Mira gives an opinion on his film scripts but was about whether she understands his world. In his words:
"I never said that, my wife sits for narrations and all. Someone can misconstrue the way it is said and think that earlier it was just Shahid and now Mira too should like the script. There is nothing as such. Basically what I was talking about then was that Mira was quite younger and she comes from Delhi. The question was does she understand your world? Do you guys share things with each other?"

In the same interview, Shahid stated that, like every other couple, they also share things with each other. In the context of his previous comment, the actor mentioned that he only meant that since Mira belonged to a different environment and she was quite young, so he used to share things with her. Talking about relationships, Shahid mentioned that when two people start spending less time and sharing things, understanding between each other reduces. So, he believes in spending time with his life partner and sharing stuff about his life with her. Elaborating more on it, Shahid said:
"So in that context, I always share everything with her. I guess, like every couple does that, you know, you spend that little time and you always crave that little time in a day or sometimes in a week where you can just sit down and tell each other what’s going on. I have always felt that if you can regularly stay connected with each other it allows that person an insight into what you are dealing with, which they might not get. So in that way, I share everything with Mira."
Last year when Shahid had appeared on a comedy show, Case Toh Banta Hai. During his appearance on the show, the actor was asked about rejecting many film scripts. In response to this, Shahid mentioned that there is nothing like that. He even talked about the difference in opinion with Mira in terms of scripts. Elaborating more on it, Shahid had stated that this happens in everyday life, but whatever script she likes, he prefers to work on them.
