Some of the companies under the group include ANAX Developments, which deals with real estate, ANAX Hospitality, which offer high-end resorts and restaurants services, and ANAX Holdings which is essentially an investment company that puts money into various businesses across different sectors. He is married to Tabinda Sanpal, who has a degree in Business and Finance. She is an entrepreneur and a financial strategist. Satish Sanpal is known for his extravagant lifestyle and flamboyance. He is deeply passionate about luxury cars and this is not the first time he has bought a car as a gift. He had gifted himself a Bugatti Chiron worth Rs. 35 crore on his birthday. Earlier in June, he had gifted his son Lakshya Sanpal a White Rolls Royce Cullinan Series II Black Badge SUV, and now this custom-made pink Rolls-Royce Phantom to his daughter. The luxury car is worth 500,000 pounds and with all the customisations, it probably cost even more, as per a report by The Sun.

A lesser-known side of Satish is his involvement with charity work. Satish’s LinkedIn profile states that he leads charitable work through the Sanpal Foundation. The foundation has taken projects across Asia and Africa. They are actively working on the water crisis in Uganda and widow poverty in rural India. He has received the Loomba Foundation Award from Lady Cherie Blair, wife of former UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair for, his humanitarian work.

The car Satish had gifted his daughter is fully pink, with a metallic exterior. The interior includes pink and white leather seats, on which her name and initials are printed. The car’s number plate is engraved with “CONGRATULATIONS Isabella”. The car was customised in the UK and then transported to Dubai for the grand occasion.

The video showcases Satish handling the keys of the car to his daughter and also features different shots showing off the newly customised car.

A year old, Isabella Sanpal already enjoys a lifestyle that most adults can only dream of. Isabella is an online personality in her own right, with over 8,000 followers on Instagram. Her pictures wearing expensive outfits and jewellery in extravagant setups are usually posted on her account. She has been gifted items from many luxurious brands like Cartier, Dior and Gucci by her parents which can be seen in many of her pictures that have been circulated on social media.

The Rolls-Royce was gifted to Isabella on Father’s Day, and the entire moment was filmed and posted online. It went viral within hours. Seeing the video, many users were angry and said the gift was unnecessary and over-the-top. One person on Instagram commented, “Charities are begging for support, and a toddler gets a Rolls-Royce?”. Netizens called it a flashy display of wealth and tacky in nature. However, a section of people came to defend Satish, saying it's his well-earned money and he can spend it anyway he finds suitable. Back in February 2025, Satish Sanpal had threw a fancy birthday party for Isabella at the luxury hotel Atlantis, The Royal in Dubai. He had turned the whole place into a winter wonderland with fake snow, icy chandeliers, and frosted white trees. Bollywood actresses, Tamannaah Bhatia and Nora Fatehi and popular singer Atif Aslam were also present at the party and performed for the guests.
