Kusha Kapila, a familiar name in the entertainment world, has had a remarkable journey. Starting as an entertainment writer, she has steadily progressed to become a social media influencer and now an actress. Her filmography includes Thank You For Coming, Sukhee, and more, with her upcoming role in Life Hill Gayi. In a recent incident, she was a part of a roast show, Pretty Good Roast Show With Ashish Solanki, where she faced derogatory jokes from several comedians. Samay recently revealed her reaction to the fiasco, shedding light on her journey and growth in the industry.
In the roast show, Pretty Good Roast Show With Ashish Solanki, Samay Raina made many insensitive jokes about Kusha Kapila in the name of the comedy. The jokes were so derogatory that they had to be muted by the editors and couldn't be shared without being censored. Recently, Samay Raina asked his Instagram followers for panellist recommendations for his new show, India's Got Lalent. There a follower suggested Kusha's name.
In response, Samay shared that Kusha has blocked him from Instagram. He shared a picture note on his IG stories in which he wrote that if Kusha could come, it would have been an epic episode for sure, but that couldn't be possible as the actress has blocked him. However, he hopes that someday in the future, they will share screen space.
Samay Raina took a dig at Kusha Kapila's personal life and divorce. He said that the former lives in a broken home. He also took a dig at Kusha's divorce and even called her a gold digger. Samay asked Kusha to send Maya (her pet dog) to Zorawar so that the furry pet could live together blissfully. He also made some nasty comments about Kusha's sex life, which the show censored as they were very derogatory.

Although Kusha was seemingly pretending to enjoy the roast session in the video, the actress now opened up about the episode and strongly reacted against it. A few days back, she hosted an AMA session on her Instagram handle and was asked by a social media user how she handled the brutal roast of Samay. To which Kusha said:
"Not my first time on the rodeo. In the large scheme of things, nothing matters. Probably when I have processed all of it, will speak about it on a level-headed podcast (lol do we have any) or maybe never. We will see. This profile continues to be a safe space for my female and queer followers."
