Already-Married Sachin Sanghvi Made False Promise Of Marriage To 29-Yr-Old, Forced Her For Abortion

Sachin Sanghvi, one of the famous composers, has reportedly been arrested. According to the buzz, an FIR has been registered against the 45-year-old music composer under Sections 69, 74, and 89 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. For the unversed, Sachin Sanghvi is already married with an adult daughter. 

Sachin Sanghvi was arrested after a 29-year-old singer filed an FIR against him for sexually assaulting her 

A 29-year-old singer from Vile Parle East, Mumbai, has registered the FIR against Sachin Sanghvi. She claimed that she met Sachin through Instagram in February 2024. The music composer had praised her voice and offered her work opportunities in his album, Rang. After which, they exchanged numbers to discuss work. 

Sachin then invited the young girl to his Santacruz West Studio, where they kept meeting. Sachin shared details of his personal life and claimed that he was facing marital issues and had a troubled marriage. Not only this, he falsely promised the young girl that he would divorce his wife and marry her. But soon, he started avoiding her questions about marriage. 

The victim further claimed that by April 2024, Sachin allegedly established an intimate relationship with her at his Santacruz studio. He kept faking his love and marriage promise. She went on to claim that on May 28, 2024, when his family was abroad, he invited her to his residence, where he further engaged in physical relations with her. 

The 29-year-old victim further claimed that their physical relationship began during their trip to Budapest and other European locations in June 2025. They even engaged in the same at the studio and in a car in Vile Parle East. The victim claimed that on July 19, 2025, she found compromising photos and chats of Sachin with another woman on his phone, which led to arguments. Despite a work trip to Dubai, he maintained the relationship with another girl against her will. It was on August 4, 2025, the victim reportedly found out that she was pregnant with Sachin Sanghvi's child. 

However, Sachin, after meeting her and his wife at a Santacruz cafe, forced her to have an abortion. He even threatened to leak her photos and videos. Under pressure, she took pills to abort the baby, which were ineffective. Later, she underwent an abortion surgery. Post abortion, Sachin blocked her contact number and left her in depression and in pain. According to reports, the two's last meeting was at a clinic on October 10, 2025, where he told her straightaway not to trouble him and refused to meet her again.
