Sabrina Carpenter's link-up with Shawn Mendes

Sabrina and Shawn were reportedly spotted back in 2023, and soon after, their dating speculation began. Following this, they were seen at Miley Cyrus's release party. The duo's fling reportedly lasted for a while as Shawn reportedly got back together with Camila Cabello. While Shawn or Sabrina didn't speak on this matter, the latter's song, Taste grabbed the attention. Sabrina Carpenter's relationship and breakup with Barry Keoghan

It was back in December 2023, when Sabrina sparked her dating buzz with Barry Keoghan, when they were spotted in LA. In February 2024, the couple was again spotted at an afterparty, and following this, they confirmed their relationship to PEOPLE. If the reports are to be believed, the couple even attended the Met Gala together, following which they went on a double date with Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Well, Barry played the on-screen beau of Sabrina in her music video, Please Please Please.

Following this, reports claimed that Sabrina and Barry had decided to take a break from their relationship. However, Barry continued to comment on Sabrina's social media, while hinting that their romance was ongoing. In an interview with The Guardian, Sabrina praised Barry and shared her experience of working with him. She said:

"One of the best I've ever had. I'm so honoured and I got to work with such a great actor!"

The breakup buzz came with a whole lot of drama around. Sources revealed to The Sun that Barry's 'party lifestyle' was getting in the way of Sabrina and his relationship. The source also stated that the Irish actor's behaviour after drinking was becoming frustrating to Sabrina, leading her to call it quits. Amid these speculations, the duo's minimum supportive posts for each other made it sure that things were cordial.

However, later, a massive gossip began when DeuxMoi, an Instagram account, alleged that Barry cheated on Sabrina. The buzz instantly caused a stir on social media. However, later, Barry's team dismissed such claims and revealed that the duo had taken a break from each other as they are career-focused as of now. Later, it was confirmed that the break had actually turned into a breakup.

As of now, Sabrina hasn't been linked to anyone, and she's seemingly focusing on her career. With her new album set to drop and the lead song already a hit, one thing is certain: the singer has turned her focus to her career and has been transforming her pain into poetry.

Sabrina is a true inspiration to her fans, who started at a young age and, with the Grammys and numerous hit tracks, continues to do wonders!
