Saba Ibrahim has recently welcomed her first child, a baby boy, with her husband, Khalid Niaz. The couple named their little bundle of joy Haider. Although the baby’s arrival in the Ibrahim family is a piece of good news, the family couldn’t live the moment fully as Saba’s bhabi, Dipika Kakar, had been diagnosed with a tennis ball-sized tumour in her liver, which was cancerous. Now, in a fresh new vlog, Saba shared that her bhabi has returned home and also slammed the trollers who criticised her for celebrating her son’s arrival during Dipika’s treatment.
In a new vlog, Saba Ibrahim shared that her sister-in-law, Dipika, has returned home after having a 14-hour-long surgery at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai, and finally, she could meet her. Saba also shared how she and the family are maintaining precautions to meet Dipika, so that she doesn’t get affected through infections. Saba shared Dipika is having a good time with her 2-year-old son, Ruhaan after returning from the hospital. In her words:
"Bhabhi ko infection na ho isiliye we are all going one at a time to see her. She is very happy and so is Ruhaan. She can finally be close to her son and take care of him. All this was possible only because of everyone's prayers."
In the same video, Saba Ibrahim took a dig at the users who trolled her immensely for celebrating her son, Haider’s arrival. Saba mentioned that she usually ignores what people say badly about them, but it has now become a bad habit for a few people to troll them on every matter. For the unversed, earlier this year, Saba’s brother and actor, Shoaib and her bhabi, Dipika, were trolled after they posted an IG story, sharing the update that they were safe as they were in Pahalgam when the horrific attack took place on April 22, 2025. Saba shared how difficult this month was for them and informed the audience that it was important to perform the ceremony on the 7th day of the newborn’s birth. In her words:
"I usually ignore what people are saying because it has now become a pattern that some of you constantly keep trolling us irrespective of what we would be going through. Those who have been watching us, many of them have supported us as well. But there are a few of them who are constantly spreading negativity. This whole month was extremely difficult for us. It is important to perform the ceremony on the 7th day of the newborn's birth. It is usually grand but we kept it simple and bhai and bhabhi were both there."
Saba also revealed that earlier, she and her husband, Khalid, mentioned that they would reveal their baby’s name, and even if her sister-in-law, Dipika, came back home, she would not be able to join the celebrations because of her health issues. She also mentioned that for her and the family, Dipika’s health is the topmost priority. In her words:
"We had already mentioned that we were going the reveal our baby's name the next day because even if Bhabhi would come home, she wouldn't be able to come for the celebration. Humare liye bhabhi ki health, unki safety zyada important hai, bolne wale toh sab bolenge but Bhabi's protection from any kind of infection was more important to us than the grand celebrations."
What do you think about Saba Ibrahim's reaction to users who trolled her for celebrating her son's arrival amid bhabhi, Dipika Kakkar's illness? Let us know.
