Rocky Jaiswal Opens Up About Hina Khan's Battle With Cancer, Says, 'It's Not About Me Or How I...'

Rocky Jaiswal and Hina Khan are one of the most loved and talked-about couples from the television industry, who are all set to appear together on the upcoming reality show, Pati Patni Aur Panga- Jodiyon Ka Reality Check. Rocky Jaiswal was Hina Khan's biggest support during her battle with cancer. Recently, he opened up about Hina's pain and struggle during that tough time. 

Rocky Jaiswal on Hina Khan’s pain during her cancer journey

Recently, Rocky Jaiswal spoke about everything Hina went through when she was diagnosed with cancer. He shared that he wished he could take away all the pain if that was possible. He mentioned that being there for Hina during that difficult phase was the easiest decision of his life. In his words:

"If I could take her pain and make it mine, I would have done it in a second. But that’s not possible, so I did the only thing I could: be there for her. For me, that was never a big thing. I love her, and being there for her was the easiest decision of my life. The truth is, no matter how close you are, you can never really know the extent of what it takes to fight what Hina was fighting. Even as a partner, you have limitations. You sit beside them, you hold their hand, but the battle was hers."

He also spoke about how strongly Hina handled her battle. He said that for Hina, every day used to be a different battle but she never refused to fight. Rocky Jaiswal who supported Hina in every way possible, added that he used to wake up each day and think of doing something better. He said he was grateful that he could be there for her. He very sweetly mentioned that everything in his life is only about Hina Khan. He shared:

"Every day brings a new challenge, and every day they fight it with a courage that humbles you. But she refused to back down. I’m grateful that I get to wake up wanting to do better for her, because she deserves that and more. It’s not about me or how I feel. It’s about her-in sickness or in health, in pain or in love, in despair or in hope. It’s only ever about her happiness and well-being."

Hina Khan praises Rocky Jaiswal’s support

Hina Khan also became emotional while she spoke about Rocky's never-ending support during her weakest moments. She said that she didn't imagined life to test her in the ways it did but Rocky never gave up on her. As Hina shared, Rocky Jaiswal gave up on everything just to stay beside her and make sure she is okay. She mentioned: 

"Life tested us in ways I never imagined. And through all of it, Rocky never left my side. He put everything—his work, his own health, his peace—behind just to make sure I was okay. That’s not something you see every day. Most people walk away when things get hard, but he didn’t."

Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal’s marriage

Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal met on the sets of a popular TV show, where Hina was the lead actress and Rocky worked behind the scenes. Soon they became friends and with time it transformed into love. After secretly dating for a long time, the couple got married on June 4, 2025, in an intimate wedding ceremony.
