Ravi Mohan-Aarti Ravi Can't Share More Defamatory Posts Against Each Other: States Madras HC

Ravi Mohan and Aarti's marriage has not only hit rock bottom, but it has turned into a full-fledged public drama. What was meant to be a quiet separation between the celebrity couple has turned murkier after the duo made shocking claims against each other. In addition, the inclusion of Keneeshaa Francis in the matter has further made a frenzy on the internet. The issue was reignited after Ravi was spotted with his alleged girlfriend, Keneeshaa which was followed by a tell-all post from Aarti and then Ravi. From accusing each other in financial issues to dragging their parents, children and Keneeshaa, everything is out in the public. However, as their divorce proceedings are underway, the country has taken strict note of the claims made by the duo in public.

Madras High Court bars Ravi Mohan and Aarti from sharing any more defamatory posts 

The divorce proceedings for Ravi Mohan and Aarti Ravi have been underway ever since the actor announced his separation from Aarti in September 2024. They have sought a legal separation on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. However, before the court could finalise a decision on the matter, Aarti and Ravi went public with their issues and made shocking claims against each other. Taking their activities into consideration, the Madras High Court has now ordered the duo to prevent them from making any more public claims. 

As per News 18, the order comes after Ravi Mohan filed a petition amid growing tension and public trolling against him and Keneeshaa. He requested the court to stop Aarti and her mother, Sujatha Vijayakumar, from sharing any more statements about him. Acting on the plea, the Madra High Court issued a strict order that none of the parties would do anything that harm each other's reputation, as the personal matter under legal proceedings shouldn't be debated in public. At the same time, it has asked them to remove their previous statements shared on social media regarding each other. The next proceedings in the case would take place on June 12, 2025.

Keneeshaa Francis received threats and brutal criticism

Recently, on May 22, 2025, Keneeshaa Francis took to her Instagram handle and shared a screenshot from a couple of DMs she received where people expressed hatred against her. It came after Ravi Mohan called her the 'light of his life' and mentioned that she isn't a homewrecker, but his estranged wife, Aarti, countered the claim and called her the reason for the end of their marriage. Keneeshaa shared proofs of how people were passing mean comments against her and penned:

"I'm sorry that your assumptions about me are hurting you. I hope you all can forgive me for that. Some day, I pray to all gods of light that someday soon you will see the truth that will unfold and that day, I promise I won't hold you back for what you say. If I'm wrong I'm happy to be punished by legislation and each one of you angry people. Until that day, could you please allow me to breathe a moment without hatred?"

Ravi Mohan and Aarti Ravi blamed each other for being the cause of separation 

After Aarti shared a tell-all note against Ravi and accused him of stripping her and their sons of financial wealth despite her efforts to be a good wife for 15 years, Ravi shared a contrasting statement. He mentioned that she and her mother took away all his finances and abused him in multiple ways, including distancing him from his parents. Consequently, he had to leave his home and was not allowed to meet his sons. Countering the statements, Aarti again penned:

"Their father has seen them four times in the last year by his choosing. Their phones were never blocked. Their hearts were simply broken by absence, not enforcement. If he truly wanted a relationship, no bouncer would be strong enough to stop a father determined to love. Our children have made it clear: they feel safe seeing him only in familiar places… Being pressured to meet at his current residence, shared with someone who stole their peace, has only pushed them further away."
