Rashmika Mandanna's Fees Reduced In Last Three Films After Superhit 'Pushpa 2'? Details Revealed

Rashmika Mandanna is one of the most successful pan-Indian actresses of this decade. Most of her recent movies made box-office records and went on to top the blockbuster charts. However, during this upward trajectory of her career, recent reports suggest that the actress' fees dropped significantly after her fees of Rs. 10 crore for Pushpa 2. This deduction in fees, even after being part of superhit movies, has led to a lot of speculation. 

Rashmika Mandanna's fees in Pushpa 2 

Rashmika Mandanna was the lead actress in both Allu Arjun-starrer films of the Pushpa franchise. Her role as 'Srivalli' became an icon in itself. Moreover, all the songs featuring her and Allu Arjun became instant hits among the public. As a result, the actress charged a whopping Rs. 10 crore for Pushpa 2. This made her one of the highest-paid actresses in the country. However, instead of her fees increasing from this point forward, they have instead dropped in her last three films, a Pinkvilla report said. 

Rashmika Mandanna's fees for her last three films, which were commercial hits 

After Pushpa 2, Rashmika Mandanna appeared opposite Vicky Kaushal in the historical period drama film, Chhaava. The actress received Rs. 4 crores for the film, way less than her fees for Pushpa 2, as per a report by Siasat. Chhaava was a commercial success and minted nearly Rs. 800 crores worldwide. Then the actress was reportedly paid Rs. 5 crores for the Salman Khan starrer Sikander.

For her most recently released film, Kuberaa, with Nagarjuna and Dhanush, the actress took home Rs. 4 crores as per a report by Filmibeat. The film was released on June 20, 2025, and is showing positive numbers at the box-office and seems to be on the right track of becoming a commercial success. However, Rashmika's consistent drop in fees has netizens wondering what the possible reason could be behind these deductions. 

When Rashmika Mandanna had joked that she would consider increasing her fees after Animal 

After the success of Animal, starring Rashmika Mandanna and Ranbir Kapoor, a news portal had reported that the actress had increased her fees. As per the tweet, she was charging Rs. 4- Rs. 4.5 crore after Animal. However, Rashmika had dismissed those rumours and gave a sarcastic reply that said:

"Says who I wonder.. after seeing all of this I think I should actually consider it.. and if my producers ask why.. then I’ll just say ‘media out there is saying this sir ..and I think I should live up to their words.. what do I do?"

After giving back-to-back hits, Rashmika Mandanna has more promising projects in the pipeline. She will be featured in both Hindi and regional films. Reportedly, the actress will be seen in the lead roles in The Girlfriend and Cocktail 2. Apart from that, Rashmika will also star opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in the film, Thaama. As per reports, Rashmika and her rumoured beau, Vijay Deverakonda, will be seen on-screen together again in Rahul Sankrityan's films.
