Raveena Tandon is a proud mother as her daughter, Rasha Thadani, is set to debut with the highly awaited film, Azaad. Before the film's release, the star kid was already in the news for her impressive moves in the film's song, Uyi Amma, which has gone viral. Since then, fans haven't stopped praising the young diva. Recently, she surprised fans when she revealed that she was studying for class 12 exams and shared her mother's reaction to her performance.
Rasha Thadani immediately grabbed attention when her song, Uyi Amma was released. Later, netizens were surprised when a video of her studying in the BTS of the song made fans curious. Recently, the 19-year-old opened up about the same in an interview with ETimes and admitted she is still trying to balance studies with her work. She said, :
"While shooting, I was in the middle of class 12th. I completed the shoot even before school, and then I went back for my graduation. Even now, I am studying business management. I'm still in my first year of business management, so I'm still trying to balance acting and studying."
Thadani further revealed that she had her business exam just a day after shooting for her song. Consequently, she studied for the same before her shoot, during her free time between the shoots, and didn't have any time off. Interestingly, Rasha is still waiting for her results from that business exam.
Raveena Tandon took over the Hindi film industry with her sizzling dance moves, precise lip sync abilities, and impressive expressions in the '90s. It would be safe to say her daughter has followed in her footsteps, and fans can't stop comparing the young diva's performance with the Mohra actress. In the same interview, Rasha opened up about her mother's reaction to her song and stated:
"Yes, my mom is very happy. She's encouraging me to always do better, but I don't get that much of a reaction from my parents because they empasise on staying humble and grounded."
The Azaad actress explained that her family sparingly expresses their love towards her because extreme love can easily overwhelm anyone. So, she might sway in the wrong direction. But Rasha Thadani is grateful for their approach because it gives her a secure and grounded feeling, which she believes will help her.
