Ranvir Shorey was one of the most popular and talked about contestants in Bigg Boss OTT 3. The actor made headlines with revelations about his personal life and conflicts with Sana Makbul. He was one of the most upfront participants in the show, and he spoke his mind. After coming out from the show, he maintained the same demeanour in his new interviews. Ranvir shared a good bond with co-contestant, Armaan Malik and his wife, Kritika Malik. However, a video of Ranvir kissing Kritika went viral. In a new interview, Ranvir shared his stance on the same.
Ranvir Shorey sat down for an interview with Siddharth Kannan and shared details about his journey in the Bigg Boss OTT house. During the conversation, Siddharth brought up the question about Ranvir's video from the Bigg Boss OTT 3 finale wherein he kissed Armaan's wife, Kritika Malik, after becoming the first finalist to get evicted.

In the video, Ranvir hugged Kritika, who bid her farewell to other contestants, and the former gave her an affectionate kiss on her cheek. However, the video soon went viral. Ranvir initially refused to say anything about it. However, when the host mentioned about Armaan's reaction to the video, Ranvir was quoted as saying:
“Ha sahi baat hai! Woh dono mujhse bohot choote hai.”
After coming out from the Bigg Boss OTT house, Armaan shared videos on every major happening in the show on his YouTube channel. After the finale, when a video of Ranvir kissing Kritika Malik went viral, netizens were quick to spot Armaan's angry reactions in it. However, Armaan denied the allegations and mentioned that Ranvir is older than them and treats him and Kritika like his kids. In his words
"Pehli baat toh aapke soch aur ankhe dono hi galat hain. Wo insaan saal ka itna respect karte hain. Apne bachon ke tarha usne mujhe aur Kritika ko treat kiya."

Armaan added that he was sure Ranvir only had good intentions for him and his family at heart. At the same time, he criticised the people who were taking the video in the wrong context. He concluded by saying that it's normal to hug or give a side hug to greet people in Bollywood.

In the same interview, Ranvir was asked about his views on Kritika Malik. In his reply, the actor mentioned that she is a sweet, talkative, and caring. He added that he found her more genuine than Armaan because he felt the latter came with certain preconceived notions about how to present himself on the show.
