Rani Mukerji is extremely private, but it is during this time, that we get to see her chirpy side. Just like the entire nation, Rani eagerly awaits the Durga puja time, and her fans too. As the entire nation is busy celebrating Dussehra, Rani is celebrating Bijaya Dashami with her family and friends. For those who don't know, Bijoya Dashami is the time when Bengalis bid goodbye to Maa Durga after five days of festivities.
Recently, we stumbled upon an adorable video of Rani Mukerji playing sindoor khela with her family at a Durga pandal. For the special day, Rani channelled her inner Bong, as she was seen donning a traditional beige and red-toned saree. She had styled her saree in aatpoure, which is Bengali's way of draping a saree. Rani accessorised her look with a red bindi, gold neckpiece and shaka pola (white and red bangles). She not only played sindoor khela, but also danced to the beats of dhaak.

For last year's Durga Puja festivities, the actress looked gorgeous in her pretty sarees. However, it was Rani's way of styling her mangalsutra that added more charm to her look. For Maha Ashtami, Rani styled her diamond mangalsutra with a short chain. However, on the occasion of Bijoy Dashmi, Rani wore the same mangalsutra with a long chain. We loved the way she styled it in two ways.
We are in awe of Rani's Durga puja celebrations, let us know your views on the same!
