Rajvir Jawanda's 'Antim Ardaas', Daughter Says, 'Jive Mere Papa Naal Hoya, Kise Hor De Naal Na Hove'

Punjabi singer, Rajvir Jawanda's death at a tender age of 35 has left his family, friends and the Punjabi industry in deep sorrow. The singer has left his elderly mother, his wife, and two children behind, who were hoping for him to return while he was at the hospital. Rajvir met with an accident on the way to Shimla. During his Antim Ardaas, legendary singer, Gurdas Maan made a shocking promise, and his daughter made an emotional last goodbye message.

Rajvir Jawanda's daughter was the one who was awaiting his return from the trip. The family had kept the details of the singer's accident hidden. But the news of her father's death left her shaken. During the Antim Ardaas, Rajvir's daughter shared a few words. She called her father the best. She said:

"Waah Guru ji da khalsa, wahe guru ji di fateh, Sat Sri Kal saareya nu. Jive tunau pata hai mai Rajvir Jawanda di beti ha, mere papa, mere sab to pyaare papa si. Mere papa menu ek lucky charm maan de si. Oh kahnde se ki mai tenu bahut pyaar karda tu mere to kadi vi durr ni hona."

Rajvir Jawanda's daughter even added that in future she will take his legacy forward. Rajvir's daughter left everyone emotional by stating that what happened to her dad should never happen to anyone. She was quoted as saying:

"Mere sab toh pyaare papa jado kahne de se ki mere toh durr nahi hona, oh mere toh hi durr chale gaye. Te hunn jado future aayega mai apne papa da sapna pora karungi. Te mai ae vi kehna chauhndi haa ki jive mere papa naal huya hae, ae kise hor de papa naal na hove. Dhanyawaad."

Several dignitaries from the Punjabi industry also attended Rajvir Jawanda's Antim Ardaas. While the people were consoling the family, legendary singer, Gurdas Maan made an emotional promise. He announced that he is going to perform all of Rajvir's booked shows and will give all the money from them to his family. He even expressed that if there was any way he could serve the community in Rajvir's memory, he would. He said:

"Meri bhi koi sewa lgoni hove taa jrur…usto vadh karan di koshish karanga."

Rajvir Jawanda's children and wife break down during phool chukna ceremony

Earlier, a video of Rajvir Jawanda's phool chukna ceremony was performed by his mother, wife and children. In the clip, Rajvir's wife was holding the phool, his daughter was crying inconsolably, and his son looked heartbroken. Rajvir's mother was also in visible pain as they performed the last ritual.

As per a report in Filmbeat, the Punjabi industry has been paying homage to the late singer. Amidst it, singer, Gagan Kori shared that Rajvir's daughter was not aware of his accident as the family kept details hidden from the children. However, she was making a special gift for his return from the trip. On the other hand, Rajvir's son is too young to understand that his father might never come back. But the most shaken by his death is his daughter, while his son wonders why there are so many people at their home. 

Talking about Rajvir's wife, not much is known about her. The singer preferred to keep his personal life private. He never posted any photos from his family time, and his wife also preferred to stay away from the media limelight, and has been the major support for her husband and their children.
