Aryan Khan's Netflix series, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, has been receiving a lot of love after its premiere on Netflix. While fans are loving the series for its strong storyline, one actor who left a mark is Rajat Bedi, who made a strong comeback with Aryan's directorial debut. However, not many know that Rajat Bedi had left acting after his role was cut short by Rakesh Roshan.
Despite getting an easy access into Bollywood, Rajat Bedi, who is the third generation of action from his family, had to work hard to make a name for himself. Despite a strong film background, he face a lot of struggles and disappointment, and the constant struggle, made him bitter towards Bollywood and he chose to leave the industry.
Rajat faced a lot of disappointment, so, he decided to pack his bag and shift to Canada to become a real estate developer. For those who don't know, Rajat was the winner of the Gladrags Manhunt in 1994, and he represented India in an International male beauty pageant after which.
Back in those days beauty contest winner would get easy access into movies, and since, Rajat Bedi's grandfather, Rajendra Singh Bedi and his father, Narendra Bedi has directed many films in the past.Rajat Bedi had assisted Ramesh Sippy in Shah Rukh KHan starrer, Zamana Deewana, and it seems like his relationship and bond grew stronger with the superstar as they worked together on the sets for two years.
Earlier, in an interview with Mukesh Khanna for his YouTube channel, Rajat shared that she was more interested in modelling. He waited for three years to get ih s debut film to take off, but it never happened. Despite coming from a renowned family, he had no backbone as his father passed away. After featuring in a few films, which went flat, Raja got a significant role in Hrithik Roshan-starrer, Koi Mil Gaya.

Rajat stated that when the film released but it didn't do much to his career. He added that Rakesh Roshan had chopped off his scenes with Preity Zinta. He even added that he was left out of the promotions of the film. He said:
"There couldn’t be a bigger hit than Koi Mil Gaya but I didn’t gain anything from it. I had lots to do in that film but my track with Preity Zinta was chopped off. My biggest disappointment was, when Koi Mil Gaya released, I was completely left out of the promotions so I was very disappointed. Because you have certain expectations as an actor, and you feel bad."
Rajat added that he worked with Zayed Khan in a film, Rocky but it also left him disappointed. He hinted that Zayed's father was editing the film, so he supported the actor and not him. Rajat claimed tha tthere was no one to support him in Bollywood. He decided to leave the country and move in to Canada and worked as real estate manager.
