The Bachchan family is well-known for their extravagant Diwali parties. Every year the nation waits to witness Bachchan’s Diwali party as it is all about celebrities dressed in their best, the late-night card parties and lots of glamour and decor. Diwali 2021 was no different for the Bachchans, as the entire clan had gathered together by taking out some time from their busy schedules to celebrate the auspicious occasion.
This year, the Bachchans had celebrated their Diwali at their Juhu bungalow, Pratiksha. It is not hidden from the world that the interiors and the decor of their lavish home are so unique that it is sure to go viral within seconds. This year, when Amitabh Bachchan had shared a picture from his intimate Diwali celebration with his family, the unique bull painting in the background had sent the internet into a frenzy.

The bull painting hung on one of the walls of Amitabh Bachchan's Juhu bungalow in Mumbai is from Manjit Bawaa, who was known for his paintings inspired by Indian mythology and Sufi philosophy. Reportedly it costs Rs. 4 crores. According to a report by Zoom Digital, the artwork signifies power, dominance, speed, optimism and prosperity.
The picture shared by Big B had featured his wife, Jaya Bachchan, son, Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, daughter, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, grandson, Agastya Nanda and granddaughters, Aaradhya Bachchan and Navya Naveli Nanda. Taking to his IG handle, the actor had wished his fans on Diwali and had written:
“Family prays and celebrates together .. is pavan afsar par, shubhkamnayein - deepawali mangalmay ho (Best wishes on this occasion - Happy Diwali)."

It was on November 4, 2021, when Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aaradhya Bachchan and Agastya Nanda were spotted by the shutterbugs as they had arrived at their Juhu bungalow, Pratiksha. The family had dressed in golden and white ethnic outfits as they had come together for the Diwali Puja.
In one of the pictures, we could see Big B sitting in his car with his wife, Jaya and grandson, Agastya. The trio was spotted leaving Pratiksha after the Laxmi puja. While Jaya Bachchan had carried an off-white saree with a pink border, on the other hand, the grandfather-grandson duo had twinned in a white kurta. The bahu rani of the Bachchan clan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, had looked stunning in her silver outfit and had left her hair open. Aaradhya had looked adorable in an ethnic outfit, and her daddy, Abhishek Bachchan, had opted for a white kurta with a golden print.
