Pawan Kalyan Spotted With 8-Year-Old Son, Mark, Wife, Anna At Airport First Time After Fire Accident

South actor, Pawan Kalyan and the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh had made an unseen, rare appearance with his 8-year-old son, Mark Shankar and wife, Anna Lezhenva after the fire accident. For the unversed, little Mark got injured in a fire mishap that had taken place in his school at Singapore. This was the first time the family was seen together after Mark's unfortunate accident.

For those who do not know, it was on April 9, 2025, when little Mark, in his school located in the River Valley area, got burn injuries. Mark was trapped in the fire on the school premises and had inhaled a lot of smoke. He had to undergo bronchoscopy so that his lungs would not be damaged due to smoke inhalation. Now, it seems like the kid is fine as a video surfaced where the family was seen walking down a slope at the airport and was seen going towards their car amid tight security. Anna and Pawan were seen talking while Mark was seen with a bag and a notebook.

Looking at the body language of Mark, it totally looked like he recovered from the injuries. In the clip, it was also seen that the security guard was guiding Pawan, Anna and Mark towards their vehicle. Pawan had worn a white kurta pyjama, while Anna wore a black ethnic attire. Mark wore a brown hued t-shirt teamed with grey pants and white sneakers.

Mark Shankar's road to recovery

Pawan Kalyan's fans were on cloud nine, seeing Mark in good form and recovering from all his injuries. After seeing the video, Pawan's fans could not stop dropping fire and heart emojis. For the unversed, Mark, with thirty other kids, were victims of the fire accident that took place in a three-storeyed shophouse. Even K. Shanmugham, Singapore’s Home Affairs, had shared that around 20 folks where 15 were kids, got injured in the fire accident, and a 10-year-old girl child also succumbed to death.

When Pawan Kalyan took to X to share his son's health update

Pawan and Anna's youngest son, Mark, in the fire accident, had sustained injuries on his legs as well as his arms. The child also faced respiratory issues due to the inhalation of the smoke. Pawan had also earlier shared a health update related to his son and shared that he had been taken aback by the outpouring of concern, prayers and support he and his family received after Mark's fire accident. Pawan had tweeted:

"After the tragic fire incident at my son Mark Shankar’s summer camp in Singapore. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the leaders of the Jana Sena Party, Jana Sainiks, and other political parties for supporting our family during this trying period. I also want to thank the film fraternity, friends, and supporters from all over the world. Now, Mark Shankar is stable and recovering well. Your heartfelt messages have truly given us strength."

Earlier, even Anna had shaved her head after her son, Mark, survived the fire accident. She had taken a vow and became bald at the Tirumala Tirupati temple. Anna had followed the tonsuring ritual at the temple after her son came came back home safe.
