Nita Ambani, the Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation and the Ambani parivaar celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Jamnagar refinery. She gave a heartwarming speech where she addressed the families and the employees of the Reliance family, who came together to celebrate the legacy of Dhirubhai Ambani. Nita, paid an emotional tribute to all the senior employess of the Reliance industry who have worked towards shaping the conglomerate.
Nita, in her speech, honoured all the elders and senior citizen members of the Reliance family. She began her opening speech by saying that in Indian culture, heaven lies at the feet of our parents, and their blessings are the most important source of our strength and motivation. In her speech, Nita honoured the elderly members of the Reliance parivaar. She said in her speech:
"I would like to take a moment to honour all our elders, seniors, Dada Dadi, Nana, and Nani of our reliance family, whose love, wisdom, and sacrifices have shaped us into who we are today. You all are our elders, and it is with your blessings that Reliance is progressing. I respectfully bow to all of you."
Nita also gave a mark of respect, remembered and honoured those not with them and thanked them for their immense contribution to Reliance. She dearly and fondly remembered her mentors, VV Bhat, KK Malhotra, AG Dawra, and many others who left an indelible mark in the story and success of Reliance.
Nita, in an earlier speech, also thanked her maa-in-law, Kokilaben Ambani, the matriarch of the family, for showing her blessings that led to the growth and success of Reliance Industries. She also said that Jamnagar had a special corner in the heart of her youngest son, Anant Ambani. Her words resonated with the audience who have witnessed and have been a part of the transformation journey of Jamnagar Refinery. Nita also said in her heartwarming speech:
“Jamnagar is not just a place, but the soul of Reliance. It holds a very special place in our hearts. For Kokila mummy, it’s her Janmabhoomi, representing her roots and values. For Kokila mummy, it is her 'janmabhoomi' (birth place), the land of her birth, representing her roots and values. She is here with us today and all this has been possible only because of her 'aashirwad' (blessings). Thank you mummy for everything that you do for us."
Nita, gave the tribute to her late father-in-law, Dhirubhai Ambani and said that for Papa, Jamnagar was his ‘karmabhoomi’. It was his land of dreams, vision, and destiny, symbolising his duty and dedication and said that his blessings have always been bestowed on the Ambani parivaar. The Jamnagar Refinery has been proof of the legacy that the Ambani family holds. The celebration showed that the family values of the Ambani parivaar has been the driving force behind the success of the Reliance Industry.
