Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani, are inspirations to millions as they have built their business empire with sheer hard work. Despite being one of the richest families in Asia, their humble nature has always won the hearts of many. That is exactly what they have taught their three children, Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, and Anant Ambani, to follow.
At the recently held Reliance Family Day in Jamnagar, Mukesh Ambani talked about his own family and the sacrifices made by his wife, Nita Ambani, to set up their business in Jamnagar. Speaking about the same, Mukesh heaped praises on Nita and revealed that every week, she would leave behind her small kids, Akash and Isha, who were four and Anant, who was just one, and travelled to Jamnagar.
In his speech, Mukesh shared that Jamnagar was just developing at that time, and he, along with Nita, would stay at a guest house for 1 to 2 days. Despite the many struggles, Nita never compromised with work and helped him set up Reliance at Jamnagar.

Nita Ambani had nurtured her family with love and care. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Nita had revealed how she had given the right values to her kids and had said:
“Both Mukesh and I grew up in a middle-class, joint family. There was a lot of love, compassion, warmth and understanding, but we also had to give up a lot of things. Our children cannot grow far from the values that they grow up seeing. The kids saw us, Mukesh’s parents and my parents, and they imbibed our values."
After a few years, Nita Ambani joined the family business along with her husband, Mukesh Ambani. In an interview with Vogue, Isha Ambani revealed what she had learnt from her mother and her attitude towards women at her workplace. Talking about the same, the multi-millionaire heiress shared:
“As much as I want to believe that women can have it all, I know that my mom gave it all up to raise us. But once we grew up, I also saw her balance work and home perfectly. Watching her play all these different roles—from full-time mom to businesswoman—I learned how important each facet is in a woman’s life and how one needs to define what “having it all” means during these different stages.”
