Meet Nick Viall's Wife, Natalie Joy Viall, A Former Model And His 'Age Of Attraction' Co-Host

Nick Viall is an actor, model and a renowned television personality. He is best known for his stint on ABC's The Bachelor Nation. For those unaware, Nick first appeared on TV during the 2014 season of The Bachellorate as one of Andi Dorfman's suitors. He left the show as a runner-up when Andi chose to give the final rose to Josh Murray. Nick returned to the 2015 season of the show to try out his luck at love once again as one of Kaitlyn Bristowe's suitors.  

However, similar to the previous season, he was once again left heartbroken when Kaitlyn chose Shawn Booth over him. Since then, Nick has appeared on Bachelor in Paradise Season 3, The Bachelor Season 21, where, although he came close to finding love, especially after proposing to Vanessa Grimaldi, Nick regained his bachelor status after they broke up in a couple of months. This is, up until he met his now-wife, Natalie Joy Viall. Currently, Nick and his wife are in the spotlight as co-hosts of their own reality TV show, Age of Attraction. Nick Viall and Natalie Joy started talking to each other after the latter slid into his DMs 

Instead of a traditional face-to-face encounter, Nick Viall and Natalie Joy met in the most modern way. For those wondering, Natalie actually slid into the Bachelor alum's DMs back in September 2019. If a report by The New York Times is to be believed, Natalie's two words, which left Nick intrigued, were, “You’re unreal.” Later on, during an interview with Bustle, Natalie confessed that if she had really thought he would become her future husband and the father of her children, she would probably have given more thought to the text she sent and tried to be funnier or wittier.

Nick, on the other hand, told The New York Times that while he normally didn't respond to DMs, he took the chance with Natalie. As Natalie revealed to Bustle, Nick sent her a photo of her on the beach that she was tagged in. With this, he asked her if she was Jesus, as it looked like she was walking on water.  

Natalie Joy Viall used to work as a surgical tech 

Based on a report by The New York Times, Natalie, in order to pursue a modelling career, had decided to drop out of high school as a teenager. She went to New York City to fulfil her dreams and remained there from ages 15 to 17. After only 2 years, she returned home to earn her diploma. The same New York Times report claims that Natalie later earned a degree in surgical technology from Savannah Technical College.  

It is worth noting that before Natalie moved to Los Angeles, she reportedly worked as a surgical technologist for a reconstructive surgeon at the Georgia Institute for Plastic Surgery. Post-relocating, Natalie worked as a surgical specialist specialising in ocular procedures for Dr. Mehryar Ray Taban in Beverly Hills.  

Natalie Joy grew up on a 300-acre farm with her six siblings  

According to reports, Natalie Joy grew up on a farm with her six siblings. The farm in question is 300 acres and located near Savannah. It also has plenty of animals. Her husband, Nick, revealed to People in an interview that the place holds a special place in Natalie's heart and was also where their 2024 wedding took place. Recounting his first visit to the farm, Nick said he was "struck by its expansive landscape and vibrant colours." To mention, after knowing each other for a year, Natalie moved to LA to stay with Nick in November 2020.

For those unaware, yes, Nick Viall and his wife, Natalie Joy, do share an 18-year age gap. During a June 2022 appearance on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast, Nick revealed that their almost 2 decades age gap made him hesitate at first to commit to a relationship with her. Thoughts like whether they would be compatible were part of the things he would worry about. He said: 

“The more I got to know her, the more I was just going to her for advice or, like, just checking in with her, I just felt like we just met each other on the same wavelength, and I always felt like she was my equal.” 

However, according to Natalie, even though she and Nick weren't similar in age, they had similar goals, and that's all that mattered. At the time, Natalie said that she was at the stage where she wanted to get married and have children, and Nick was also of the same mindset. Even in their professional lives, she said, they both had “big careers and aspirations and jobs and stuff” they loved.  

Natalie Joy and Nick Viall are parents to a daughter and are expecting twins 

Natalie Joy and Nick Viall tied the knot on April 27, 2024, at the former's farm. Apparently, they had 170 wedding guests, which included many of Nick's Bachelor Nation pals like Jared Haibon, Ashley Iaconetti, Ben Higgins, and more. However, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named River Rose, a few months before their wedding, on February 2, 2024. As of 2026, Nick and Natalie are expecting twins. They shared the twins' sexes during a February 2026 episode of the Viall Files podcast, which the couple co-hosts. Gushing with excitement, Nick said: 

“Two more little girls. Could not be more excited. Right after we found out that we were having girls...I was coming down our stairway, and River was looking up at me. And Natalie's mom said, 'Just imagine...soon, you'll have three little girls looking up at you.' And it just melted my heart. It's going to be great.”
