According to the Hindustan Times, the woman who is often seen alongside Anushka Sharma in RCB's matches is Malvika Nayak. Her regular presence with the actress has become a talking point this season, and people are searching for keywords like 'mystery women with Anushka at IPL' and wondering if she is a family member or team member of the couple. Earlier, some fans confused her with the cricketer's sister-in-law, Bhawna Kohli, and Harbhajan Singh's wife, Geeta Basra. However, none of the speculation is true because she is a long-time friend of Anushka Sharma and has a special connection to RCB.

Malvika Nayak's background and marriage 

Malvika Nayak is not associated with the entertainment or cricket world. Rather, her LinkedIn profile reveals that she is an MBA graduate from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She has carved her identity in the world of business and is presently employed at Innoz Technologies Pvt Ltd. Malvika's work responsibilities range from business development to managing partnerships. 

She is married to Nikhil Sosale, who works in the management sector of the cricketing world. Nikhil is presently the Head of Marketing and Revenue for Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Diageo India. Consequently, she is closely related to RCB and is often seen seated next to Anushka, where they cheer for RCB together. In some behind-the-scenes photos from IPL, Malvika and Nikhil have also been seen going for meals with Virat and Anushka. 

Malvika Nayak’s reaction to RCB’s win against LSG went viral 

Anushka Sharma, who wasn't seen in the first half of IPL, came to support her husband, Virat Kohli and his team during the last leg of IPL 2025. In RCB's last league match against RCB, she was seen with Malvika, who allegedly mouthed 'stupid' after LSG's Rishabh Pant celebrated his century with a summersault. The clip became another subject of debate on social media, where some criticised her reaction.

Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bengaluru is all set to play the IPL final on June 3, 2025 in Ahmedabad.
