The ultimate goal of the whole reality show is to win the public's love and split the prize money of USD 1,00,000. Let's find out how many of the Love Island USA couples stayed together or parted ways after the show ended.
The show was first won by Elizebeth Weber and Zac Mirabelli. Their connection was extremely special. Once in an interview with US Weekly, Elizabeth shared that they both kept checking off each other's boxes and that's how they knew from the beginning that they were meant to be. Not only this, they were the first ones in the villa to say 'I love you' out loud and became the official couple. However, their love was short-lived as they parted ways after winning the show.

To everyone's surprise she won with U.K. veteran Jack Fowler, but they didn't found love in each other.
The season 3 runners-up of Love Island USA, Kyra Lizama and Will Moncada broke up shortly after the finale of the show. However, they reconciled in June 2022, and they are the first Love Island Couple who are still going strong. The season three of the show was won by Korey Gandey and Olivia Kaiser, but they broke up after leaving the villa.
The season 3 winner, Korey Gandey and Olivia Kaiser dated each other for a few months after winning the show. But the interesting chapter in Olivia's life came when she found love in a crossover connection with Theo Campbell. The couple are still in love and are going to welcome their first child in 2025.
Zeta Morrison and Timmy Pandolfi won the season four of Love Island, but they were unable to stay together in real world. They announced their separation in January 2023. It seemed they had compatibility issues, and chose to end their relationship.
Hannah Wright and Marco Donatelli are still together after winning the season five of Love Island USA. They won the title in August 2023, and they are still madly in love with each other. Last year, in November 2024, Hannah expressed her love by mentioning how she is enjoying life with her villa match. In May 2025, Marco popped the question and she said 'yes'. The couple are happily engaged and waiting to get married.
