'Love Is Blind's' Lauren Speed And Cameron Hamilton Welcome Baby Boy, Name First Child Ezra William

Happiness abounds for Love Is Blind alums Lauren Speed, 37, and Cameron Hamilton, 35, as they start their parenthood journey. The couple has welcomed their first child, a baby boy when they named Ezra William Hamilton. Lauren and Cameron, who met on the Netflix show, Love Is Blind, shared the news on Instagram on October 20, 2025, thrilling their fans. Little Ezra arrived on October 1, 2025, and his proud parents shared the happy news after three weeks. The couple have been planning for a baby for four years, and Lauren finally conceived through in-vitro fertilization (IVF) in 2025, followed by the birth of a healthy Ezra.

Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton shared the news of their first child's birth through a joint Instagram post. They provided first glimpses of the little one, where they can be seen holding him and looking at him with heart eyes. In one of the shots, Lauren is seen being taken for delivery, in another Cameron holds the baby close to his heart right after his birth and a third one features Cameron taking Ezra home in a baby carrier. Other adorable shots include their dog looking at the newborn and a handwritten journal entry where the couple had manifested having a healthy baby in 2025.

In the same post, the former Love Is Blind stars revealed that Lauren experienced an unexpected case of preeclampsia shortly before Ezra's birth. Preeclampsia is a blood pressure complication that occurs during pregnancy, and for Lauren it led to an earlier than planned delivery. The couple mentioned Ezra was born prematurely and Lauren was still healing from preeclampsia. However, currently both of the mother and son were healthy and they thanked God for the same. They captioned the childbirth post as:

"To God be the GLORY! Our son, Ezra William Hamilton, made his debut October 1st, a little earlier than planned, but perfectly on God's time. After an unexpected turn with preeclampsia and a few days in the hospital, we've been taking it slow... healing, resting, and soaking up all the love."

The couple told People that they were considering the name Ezra, but a sign made them confident in their choice. After his passing, Lauren found a Bible belonging to his mother that fell open to the book of Ezra, with a picture of her father inside. It is when they decided that they would name their baby Ezra. Their son's middle name, William, is also a tribute to Cameron's late father-in-law.

Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton's love story can be said to be straight out of a movie. The couple came across each other on season one of Netflix's Love Is Blind in October 2018, where they fell for each other while dating in isolated 'pods' without seeing one another. Just five days into the blind dating show, the couple developed a deep, emotional connection and got engaged to one another. Cameron proposed to Lauren without knowing how she looked, and she tearfully accepted, saying she'd never felt that way about any other man.

Lauren and Cameron quickly became a fan-favorite couple, proving that Love Is Blind's premise could work. After exchanging rings, the couple met face-to-face and traveled to Mexico. Lauren was initially nervous, but their chemistry proved to be as strong in person as it was in the pods. After a month of life as fiances, the duo got married on November 16, 2018. The date also happened to be Lauren's birthday. During their fifth wedding anniversary, Lauren and Cameron renewed their vows in an intimate ceremony in Las Vegas. Their happiness increased manifold in 2025 as they announced their pregnancy on May 26 of the year and recently welcomed their first child.
