From Gaurav Khanna To Ashnoor Kaur, 'Bigg Boss 19' Confirmed Contestants List Revealed

Bigg Boss 19 has been the talk of the town, since the moment the makers announced its new season. There have been several debates regarding the contestants of this new season. Amid that, take a look at the confirmed contestants of the new season of Bigg Boss, which will be hosted by Salman Khan. 

The 15 confirmed contestants of Bigg Boss 19

Recently, NDTV Movies released a summarised report of India Today, in which they announced 15 confirmed celebrity contestants, who will be seen on the reality show. The contestants include popular names like Gaurav Khanna, who is known for his role in Anupamaa, Ashnoor Kaur, who played a role in the show, Patiala Babes, creator and dance duo, Awez Darbar-Nagma Mirajkar. 

The lineup also includes reality TV faces like Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Hunar Hale, Shafaq Naaz, Siwet Tomar and Khank Waghnani. Gaming creator, Payal Dhare and writer-actor, Zeeshan Quadri are also likely to join. 

Viewers will also vote for contestants in Bigg Boss 19

Apart from the tentatively confirmed contestants, Bigg Boss also shared about a new concept, in which the viewers will vote between two contestants for one spot. The two contestants are YouTuber, Mridul Tiwari and Shehnaz Gill’s brother, Shehbaz Badesha. Recently, Shehnaz Gill took to her Instagram Story and mentioned that the voting is unfair as she wants to see both Shehbaz and Mridul in the show. Shehnaz Gill had said:

"I really want both of them to go in, but I want you all to vote for Shehbaz. They are so eager to go inside, let them go there. Only then will they know how difficult the journey is. Please send both the boys in."

Other contestants who have reportedly been contacted to participate in Bigg Boss 19

Since a while, several names popped up, which could appear on the reality show, Bigg Boss season 19. Popular names like Apoorva Mukhija, Ram Kapoor, Raj Kundra, Purav Jha, Chinki-Minki, Ashish Vidyarthi, Tanushree Dutta, Munmun Dutta, Gaurav Taneja, Mr Faisu and more made headlines as tentative contestants. Despite all the headlines, nothing can be confirmed, until the show premieres. 

More about Bigg Boss 19

Bigg Boss Season 19 is all set to premiere from Sunday, August 24, 2025. The show will air on Colors TV at 10:30pm and JioHotstar subscribers will have the privilege to see it beforehand at 9pm. This year, the show will have an interesting theme of 'Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar'. This time, the idea is that the power will be given to housemates. 

The promos that circulated earlier suggested that there will be a parliament-inspired setup, where contestants take decisions and each decision will have some consequences. In the promo that was released weeks ago, Salman Khan returned as the host of the show and was seen imitating a politician.
