Lisa Haydon and Dino Lal became parents to a baby boy on May 17, 2017, and named him Zack Lalvani. He is such an adorable baby and surpasses the cuteness level. And little one who is not even one-year-old (all set to though!), has his swimming classes every Thursday. The mommy herself shared a lovely picture with baby Zack. She captioned this below picture as, “Every Thursday we have swimming class.. our favourite day of the week. Last week all the kids took underwater photos with their mummies. This was ours.”
Lisa took maternity break when Zack was born. When she re-joined, she was quoted as saying, “I think let’s face it, it’s all about having good health. Once you do have that, I like to be a really hands-on mom. When I am at home, I really focus on being the best mom that I can possibly be and give as much time and focus and pour into him as much as I can. When I am at work, I just have to know that I have chosen to be at work. I love my work and it is an important part of my life. It helps me to be a really good mom to go to work and to have that in the centre.” (Also Check Out: Lisa Haydon Credits Breastfeeding For Her Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss; Shares Beautiful Picture)
Lisa Haydon has been a kickass mom and earlier she shared a breastfeeding picture with Zack. She wrote a strong and powerful message along with it. Her caption stated, "I've gotten loads of posts asking about life after having my son... esp to do with weight and fitness. Seeing as it's World Breastfeeding Week- time to give some credit where credit is due. Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby. Breastfeeding has been challenging+time consuming (literally hours spent every day trying to stimulate milk supply) but it's such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk. Happy #worldbreastfeedingweek."

All this while, Lisa Haydon has been successfully managing her professional as well as her personal lives. She knows exactly how to strike a perfect balance between the two. She had earlier said this in an interview, "It is pretty straightforward. It comes down to really good health. When I am at work, I am at work and I rationalise that in my own head because I love my job and I am a working mom."
Lisa further went on to say, "And when I go home, I try to be the best mom I could possibly be and give them all my attention and time and focus. That's the only way I can balance it - give 100 percent where you are at that moment."
Lisa Haydon, you truly are a doting mommy and your little one Zack is gonna be an athlete it seems!
