Bigg Boss 18 is drawing to a close soon, and loyal viewers are eager to find out which contestant is going to take home the trophy. Fans, who have been publicly voicing their support for their favourites via social media, have been on an emotional and memorable journey with the past few episodes. Not only were each of the top six contestants shown a montage of their time on the show, but filmmaker and set designer, Omung Kumar also entered the house with heartfelt letters from their loved ones. However, 'Chumveer' fans were in for a truly heartwarming moment as Karan Veer Mehra and Chum Darang finally opened up about their feelings for each other.
Ahead of the Bigg Boss 18 finale, Chum Darang and Karan Veer Mehra, who have both made it to the top six of the season, were seen having a heart-to-heart conversation. In true slow-burn romance style, the duo finally confessed their feelings for one another after keeping 'Chumveer' fans hoping for something more than friendship between them for the entire season.
In the episode, Chum admitted to Karan that he was all she thought about. She was always wondering how he felt. Karan subtly hinted at the depth of his feelings for her by asking if she really didn't know how he felt. Following that, he boldly declared:
"What am I thinking? Salman sir said the choice is always… (Yours). I want Chum Darang."
Karan and Chum were then seen sitting together as they held hands. Karan took the opportunity to ask Chum how she felt about him by saying, "You want me? Do I still have to ask?" Chum kept her answer short and sweet, saying, "Obviously." Karan then broke out into a smile and said, "So, I'll ask you after four days, properly."
When Omung Kumar sat down with Chum Darang as she read the letter from her loved ones, the actress also took a moment to talk about her bond with Karan Veer Mehra. Chum can be quoted as saying:

"If Karan wasn't with me, I don't know where I would've been, maybe still in the kitchen or out of the house. Everyone says 'I've reached here because of Karan's support,' but everyone here has reached because of each other's support."
Later, Karan was seen telling Chum that he had only made it all this way in the show because of her. She reciprocated his feelings, saying that she was also in the top six because of him, and thanked him for his continued support. While speaking to Omung, the Badhaai Do actress also lauded Shrutika Arjun and Shilpa Shirodkar for constantly supporting her inside the house.
Karan Veer Mehra's marriage proposal for Chum Darang and the latter's lighthearted reply had fans speculating that their shared chemistry could evolve into something more serious. in fact, host, Salman Khan even jokingly told Chum that Karan had given her many hints that he was romantically interested in her. She, however, clarified to everyone that nothing was brewing between them and they were just friends. As it turns out, though, fans' suspicions were clearly well-founded. We are excited to see how Karan and Chum's bond will develop outside the house.
